Penilaian rumah tinggal ini beralamat di Dusun Bulan RT 04/RW 018, Desa Banyurejo, Kecamatan Tempel, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Rumah tinggal ini mempunyai luas tanah 282 m2 dan luas bangunan 200 m2. Tujuan Penilaian ini adalah untuk jual beli dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Biaya. Nilai Pasar tanah dihitung menggunakan metode perbandingan harga jual, sedangkan nilai bangunan dihitung dengan metode survei kuantitas. Nilai Pasar bangunan didapat dari Biaya Penggantian Baru (RCN) dikurangi penyusutan. Nilai Pasar rumah tinggal yang dihitung menggunakan Pendekatan Biaya adalah sebesar Rp636.330.000,00 atau terbilang (Enam Ratus Tiga Puluh Enam Juta Tiga Ratus Tiga Puluh Ribu Rupiah).
