Sentralisasi Chip Dengan Scrap Conveyer berfungsi untuk membawa chip yang di hasilkan oleh beberapa mesin cnc seperti mesin, pada proses pemesinan buttom case dari suatu tempat, ke tempat lain. Proses ini menggunakan Scrap conveyer dan screw conveyer sehingga dapat mengganti proses yang selama ini dengan metode manual (di serok) dimana metode tersebut tidak efektif karna membutuhkan karyawan untuk menyerok gram dan banyaknya coolant atau oli yang tercecer ke lantai ketika proses pengambilan gram itu berlangsung. Karna selama ini metode pengambilan chip tidak efektive maka dibutuhkan conveyer untuk langsung mengangkut chip tersebut ke suatu tempat Oleh karna itu, untuk mengganti metode yang selama ini tidak efektive dibutuhkan scrap conveyer sebagai sentralisasi chip dan screw conveyer sebagai pemisah anatara coolant dengan chip sehingga hanya chip saja yang masuk ke scrap conveyer yang bertugas sebagai sentralisasi chip. Untuk dapat meyakinkan sistem conveyer ini maka dilakukan pengamatan dengan langkah – langkah seperti : mencari referensi studi literatur, pengamatan langsung pada mesin yang sudah ter-instal chip conveyer, mencari kelebihan dan kekurangan chip conveyer, diskusi dan menyimpulkan data. PT. Showa Indonesia Manufacturing mempunyai banyak man power untuk menangani chip hal tersebut dapat bertambah lagi ketika line mesin bertambah. Berdasarkan pengamatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sentralisasi chip dengan conveyor dapat mengurangi manpower karena mengurangi waktu cycle time.

Centralitation chip with conveyer scrap serves to bring the chip produced by several CNC machines such as engines, in the case of the machining process buttom somewhere, anywhere else. This process uses Scrap conveyer and screw conveyer that can change during this process with the manual method (in a scoop) in which these methods are not effective because requiring employees to shoveling grams and the amount of coolant or oil that spilled onto the floor when the gram-making process takes place. Because this method for making chips are not efektive is needed conveyer to transport the chip directly to a place. By because it is, to replace methods that have not efektive required as centralization chip scrap conveyer and screw conveyer as separators anatara coolant to the chip so that the chip is only just coming into scrap conveyer serving as centralization chip. To be able to convince the conveyer system is then made observations with steps - steps such as: searching for reference literature, direct observation of the machine that has been installed chip conveyer, looking for advantages and disadvantages chip conveyer, discussions and conclude data. PT. Showa Indonesia Manufacturing has a lot of man power to handle the chip it can grow again when the line engine increased. Based on the observations it can be concluded that the centralization chip conveyor can reduce manpower because it reduces the time cycle time.
