Penilaian rumah tinggal milik Ibu Hekso Wahyuning Surya yang terletak di Jalan Jatirejo no.xx Sendangadi, Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman untuk tujuan jual beli. Dalam penilaian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan biaya dan analisis Highest and Best Use (HBU). Nilai Pasar Properti yang dihasilkan pada tanggal penilaian 09 Juni 2016 sebesar Rp2.533.808.232 (Dua Miliar Lima Ratus Tiga Puluh Tiga Juta Delapan Ratus Delapan Ribu Dua Ratus Tiga Puluh Dua Rupiah).

The assessment of house which belongs to Mrs. Hekso Wahyuning Surya that is located on the Jalan Jatirejo no.xx, Sendangadi, Mlati Subdistrict Sleman Regency for the purpose of buying and selling. In this assessment analysis tool which used is the cost approach and analysis of Highest and Best Use (HBU). The market value of the property which is produced on the evaluation date of June 09, 2016 amounted to Rp2.533.808.232 (two billion, five hundred and thirty-three million, eight hundred and eight thousand two hundred thirty two rupiah).
