Kedelai adalah komoditas tanaman pangan yang penting setelah padi dan jagung yang dibedakan atas dua jenis yaitu impor dan lokal. Informasi tentang kedelai lokal belum banyak diketahui oleh beberapa kalangan produsen dan konsumen . Selama ini bahan pembuatan tahu di Indonesia mengunakan jenis varietas kedelai lokal anjasmoro (LIPI, 2010). Mengingat potensi kedelai lokal yang sangat penting untuk diinformasikan, maka perlu disediakan sumber informasi yang fokus tentang kedelai lokal. Sumber informasi khususnya internet (website) yang ada selama ini masih fokus memuat informasi kedelai impor. Sumber informasi kedelai lokal dapat membantu beberapa kalangan pengguna seperti produsen yang terdiri atas petani kedelai, pedagang, perajin kedelai dan konsumen seperti rumah tangga maupun komunitas akademik sebagai referensi. Sumber informasi komoditas kedelai dapat diterapkan pada media internet dalam sebuah program sistem informasi berbasis web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web pada komoditas kedelai varietas lokal yang selama ini masih kurang terpadu dan bersifat global, kepada para pengguna informasi meliputi petani kedelai, pedagang, perajin kedelai, hingga konsumen rumah tangga sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dari hasil pengembangan kemudian akan dilakukan pengujian proses sistem informasi untuk mengetahui kekurangan yang masih ada sebagai bahan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis terstruktur pada elemen sistem dengan alat bantu Proses Bisnis, Data Flow Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram untuk membuat basis data. Sebanyak 30 sampel dari kalangan komunitas akademik pertanian dan pangan diambil sebagai responden uji terima pengguna proses sistem informasi dengan statistik non-parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web dinamis pada komoditas kedelai lokal adalah web dinamis mampu mengatasi beberapa masalah khususnya aspek fungsi, penggunaan dan kepuasan dengan dibuat fasilitas admin, anggota (partisipan) dan pengguna umum (tamu) agar lebih berfungsi secara universal (dapat diterapkan pada berbagai wilayah), dan interaktif serta fleksibel dikonsumsi oleh penggunanya. Secara teknis, web dinamis yang dibuat memerlukan perbaikan utamanya pada parameter desain visual yaitu gambar dan tata letak. Kekurangan masih terjadi khususnya pada target pengguna sistem informasi kedelai yang belum mencakup semua kalangan disebabkan kurangnya pengenalan dan pembiasaan . hal tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pelatihan.

Soybean is an important food crop commodity after rice and maize are divided into two types : local and imported. Information about local soybean has not been known by a number of producers and consumers. During the manufacture of these materials out in Indonesia using local soybean varieties Anjasmoro (LIPI, 2010). Given the potential of local soybean very important to be informed, it is necessary to provide resources that focus on local soybean. Resources especially the Internet (website) that there is still a focus for information contains soy imports. Local soybean resources can help some of the users such as manufacturers consisting of soybean farmers, traders, entrepreneurs and consumers such as households and the academic community as a reference. Soybean commodity information resources can be applied to internet media in a web-based information system program. This research aims to develop a dynamic web-based information system on local varieties of soybean, which is still lacking an integrated and global nature, to the users of the information include soybean farmers, traders, entrepreneurs, the academic community, household, according to user needs. From the results of the development will then be tested against the process of information systems to determine deficiencies which still exist as an evaluation. The method used is a structured analysis on the elements of the system with tools Business Process, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram to create a database. A total of 30 samples from among the academic community in agriculture and food have been taken as respondents in the user acceptance test to process information systems using nonparametric statistics. The results showed that the development of dynamic web based information systems on local soybean commodity was able to overcome some of the problems in particular aspects of functionality, use and satisfaction with the created facility administrators, members (participants) and general users that can be applied to different regions as well as interactive and flexible consumed by users. Technically, dynamic web made needed repairs on the main design parameters of visual images, and layout. Shortages still occur, especially in the target users of souybean information systems that does not include all the circles due to the lack of recognition and habituation. It can be overcome through training.
