ANALISA KERUSAKAN SISTEM ELECTRIC MIRROR PADA DAIHATSU XENIA

INTISARI Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat di industri otomotif, salah satu inovasi yang telah dikembangkan yaitu electric mirror yang berfungsi untuk mengatur kaca spion mobil sesuai kenyamanan pengguna. Namun, dalam pemakaian electric mirror sering terjadi kerusakan dan perlu adanya perbaikan. Dari uraian tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan percobaan untuk menganalisa kerusakan pada electric mirror yang akan menjadi topik bahasan pada Tugas Akhir ini. Oleh karena itu adanya analisa ini untuk mengetahui tentang kerusakan apa saja yang mungkin terjadi pada sistem electric mirror, analisa ini dilakukan dengan cara mengecek seluruh komponen yang ada pada sistem dan mengujinya untuk menemukan penjelasan tentang mengapa terjadi kerusakan pada sistem dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kerusakan sistem electric mirror dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisa kerusakan sistem electric mirror dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, sehingga dapat ditemukan pemecahan masalahnya sebagai upaya pencegahan atau perawatan pada electric mirror agar tidak terjadi kerusakan yang serupa, karena komponen electric mirror tidak seperti komponen mesin biasanya, yang diperiksa secara berkala (free maintenance). Di samping itu, pada pembahasan pengujian dapat mengetahui arus yang mengalir saat kaca spion bergerak, daya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menggerakkan kaca spion.

ABSTRACT With rapid technological advances in the automotive industry, one of the innovations that have been developed are electric mirror that serves to regulate car rearview mirror fit the convenience of the user. However, in the usage of electric mirror often happen a damage and need an improvement. From the description, then the experiment needs to be done to analyze the damage to the electric mirrors will be a topic of discussion at this Final Project. Therefore the existence of this analysis to find out about any damage that may occur on the system electric mirror, this analysis is done by way of check all components on the system and test it to find an explanation of why is there damage to the system and to find out how to resolve it. Based on the results of the analysis of the damage to the electric system of the mirror, it can be concluded that the analysis of system damage electric mirrors can be used as media of instruction, so it can be found solving the problem as prevention efforts or treatment on electric mirrors so the same damage is not happen again,. because the components of an electric mirror does not like the engine components usual, that examined at periodically (free maintenance). In addition, on the discussion of testing can find out current that flows when the rearview mirror move, resources and time required to move the rear-view mirror.
