Desa Ngablak merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Magelang yang terkena dampak dari erupsi merapi 2010. Kerusakan ekosistem hutan akibat bencana tersebut setidaknya telah menghilangkan fungsi ekologis hutan, sehingga perlu dilakukan kegiatan rehabilitasi untuk memulihkan ekosistem tersebut. Dengan upaya pemulihan ekosistem, maka diharapkan jasa layanan ekologis dapat kembali diperoleh masyarakat. Nilai manfaat dari layanan ekologis yang diterima dapat dicerminkan dengan kesediaan membayar atau Willingness to Pay (WTP) oleh masyarakat untuk mempertahankan kondisi ekosistem, salah satunya melalui kegiatan rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai kesediaan membayar atau Willingness to Pay (WTP) masyarakat terhadap program rehabilitasi. Pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) dengan responden masyarakat Desa Ngablak sebanyak 90 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survey, responden ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata nilai WTP adalah sebesar Rp 183.046,00 per tahun selama periode 5 tahun rehabilitasi dengan nilai minimum Rp 25.000,00 dan nilai maksimum Rp 600.000,00. Hasil nilai total WTP yang didapat sebesar Rp 2.207.534.760,00.

Ngablak village is one of village in Magelang Regency that was affected by Merapi eruption in 2010. Forest ecosystem damaged due Merapi disaster at least has vanished the forest ecology, so rehabilitation was needed to recover the ecosystem function. By efforts to recover the ecosystem, hopefully the ecological services can be obtained by the community. The benefits value of ecological services that received can be reflected by the Willingness to Pay (WTP) of the community to preserve the ecosystem. One of this effort to preserve nature was rehabilitation program. This research proposely to estimated the value of Willingness to Pay (WTP) by community fowards rehabilitation program. This study used Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) with the number of respondents 90 people that obtained from Ngablak Village Community. The data was collected by survey method, responden was selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of this study showed that the average value of WTP was Rp 183.046,00 per person per year over a period of 5 years of rehabilitation with the minimum value Rp 25.000,00 per person, and maximum value Rp 600.000,00 per person. Total value WTP results obtained Rp 2.207.534.760
