ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan terkait denganimplikasi Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 33PUUXIII2015 dan konsep ideal pembatasan politik dinasti. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan hukum ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran yang terjadi dengan fakta atau kenyataan serta aspek yang ditimbulkan.Penelitian hukum normatif dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan yang berhubungan dengan objek yang diteliti Hasil penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan terkait dengan implikasi Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 33PUUXIII2015 diantaranya syarat bagi anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD dalam Pemilukada, dan dibatalkannya norma pembatasan terhadap keluarga petahana dalam pemilukada, serta konsep ideal pembatasan politik dinasti.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze issues related with the implication of Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 33PUUXIII2015 and the ideal concept of political dynasty limitation. The research method of this legal research is normative legal research process by descriptive technique. Normative legal research is done through literature research of writing related with the object of the research at hand. The result of this research show that there are many issues in regards to the implication of Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 33PUUXIII2015, which among others are the requirement for member of DPR, DPD, and DPRD to participate in regional head election and incumbent’s family limitation in regional head election norm had been canceled by the constitutional court, and also the ideal concept of political dynasty limitation.
