HUBUNGAN KETEPATAN WAKTU KLAIM TERHADAP KELENGKAPAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RS PANTI NUGROHO

2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 REKAM MEDIS SVLatar Belakang: Kelengkapan berkas rekam medis rawat inap sebagai salah satu persyaratan klaim BPJS akan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan dalam pelaksanaan klaim BPJS Dari 10 berkas rekam medis, terdapat 6 berkas yg tidak lengkap dan 4 berkas yang lengkap. 10 berkas rekam medis tersebut mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengajuan klaim BPJS. Tujuan: Mengetahui presentase ketepatan waktu klaim BPJS pasien rawat inap dan kelengkapan berkas rekam medis rawat inap pasien BPJS di RS Panti Nugroho dan mengetahui hubungan ketepatan waktu klaim terhadap kelengkapan berkas rekam medis rawat inap. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan potong silang (cross sectional). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 107 berkas rekam medis rawat inap dengan batasan masalah pada formulir RMK, resume medis, laporan operasi, dan laporan penunjang. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic Exact Fisher. Hasil: Angka ketepatan waktu klaim dalam pengajuan klaim BPJS pasien rawat inap dari 107 berkas, terdapat 0 berkas yang tepat waktu (0%) dan 107 berkas yang tidak tepat waktu (100%). Ketepatan waktu entry pada software INA-CBGs didapatkan hasil tepat waktu 61 berkas 57,01% dan tidak tepat waktu 46 berkas 42,99%. Kelengkapan berkas rekam medis pada formulir RMK sejumlah 47,66% berkas, formulir kelengkapan resume medis sejumlah 69,16%, laporan penunjang kelengkapannya sejumlah 100%, formulir laporan operasi sejumlah 100%. Hasil uji statistik Exact Fisher, diperoleh p-value 1 yang menunjukan Ho diterima dan tidak memiliki hubungan. Kesimpulan: Tidak Ada hubungan antara ketepatan waktu klaim dengan kelengkapan berkas rekam medis rawat inap. Background: Completeness of inpatient medical record file as one of the requirements BPJS claims will affect the accuracy in the execution of claims BPJS Of the 10 medical record file, there are 6 files that are incomplete and 4 files are complete. 10 medical record file is experiencing a delay inpatient claim BPJS. Objective: To determine the percentage of claims BPJS timeliness and completeness of inpatient medical record file hospitalization of patients BPJS in Panti Nugroho and determine the relationship timeliness claim to completeness of inpatient medical record file. Methods: The research conducted in this research is analytic survey with quantitative approach. The design used in this study was a cross-piece design (cross-sectional). The sample in this study were 107 inpatient medical record file with problem definition at RMK form, medical resumes, statements of operations, and supporting statments. Analysis of data using statistical test Exact Fisher. Results: Figures timeliness medical record claims file returns to supplement incomplete medical record file of 107 files, there are 0 files on time with a percentage of 0% and 107 which did not file on time with a percentage of 100%. Timeliness of entry to the software INA-CBGs showed timely file 61 with percentage 57.01% and did not timely file 46 with percentage 42.99%. Completeness of the medical record file of the form 47.66% RMK number of files, medical resume completeness form a number of 69.16%, a supporting statements form of 100% completeness, the report form the operation of 100%.
