ANALISIS SEKTOR UNGGULAN DAN KONTRIBUSI SEKTOR PERTANIAN TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO PROVINSI BALI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) trend pertumbuhan PDRB sektor pertanian di Provinsi Bali, (2) sektor unggulan Provinsi Bali, (3) faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Bali, serta (4) pola dan struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Provinsi Bali atas dasar harga konstan 2000 berdasarkan lapangan usaha tahun 2000-2013 sebagai data daerah yang akan dianalisis dan data Produk Domestik Bruto atas dasar harga konstan 2000 berdasarkan lapangan usaha tahun 2000-2013 yang dijadikan sebagai data daerah acuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Trend, Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Shift Share, dan Typology Klassen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sektor pertanian memiliki trend pertumbuhan PDRB positif dan kontribusi yang cenderung menurun. Nilai LQ sektor pertanian adalah 1,48 dan nilai DLQ 1,003 menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor unggulan yang prospektif di Provinsi Bali. Hasil analisis shift share menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Bali dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian Indonesia. This research aims to know: (1) the trend of GDP growth in agricultural sector in the province of Bali, (2) the leading sector in the province of Bali, (3) the factors that affect the contribution of agricultural sector in the province of Bali, and (4) the pattern and structure of economic growth in agriculture sector in the province of Bali. The data that used in this research are the Gross Domestic Regional Product of Bali Province on 2000 constant prices based on field operations from 2000 to 2013 as the data area to be analyzed and Gross Domestic Product at constant prices in 2000 based on field operations for the year 2000-2013 were used as the reference area data. The method that used for this research are trend analysis, Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Shift Share and Klassen typology. The results showed that the agricultural sector has a positive trend on GDP growth and the contribution is likely to decline. LQ value of the agricultural sector was 1.48 and DLQ value of 1.003 indicates that the agricultural sector is one of the leading sectors that prospective in the province of Bali. Shift share analysis results indicate that the economic growth of the agricultural sector in the province of Bali is affected by Indonesia's economic growth and economic growth in the agricultural sector of Indonesia.
