ANALISIS PENGARUH JUMLAH UNIT USAHA, NILAI INVESTASI DAN NILAI PRODUKSI TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA PADA SEKTOR UMKM DI KABUPATEN BANTUL TAHUN 2010-2015

Pembangunan ekonomi adalah setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan suatu negara dalam rangka mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi dan taraf hidup masyarakatnya. Proses pembangunan seringkali dikaitkan dengan proses industrialisasi.Sektor industri adalah sektor yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sektor pemimpin (leading sector).denganadanya pembangunan industri, maka diharapkan akan dapat memacu dan mendorong pembangunan sektor-sektor lainnya dan mampu memberikan peluang kerja untuk menekan tingginya pengangguran.Kabupaten Bantul masih mempunyai permasalahanpada penyediaan lapangan kerja, yaitu persentase pengangguran sebesar 4,01% yang masih tinggi jika dibandingan dengan rata-rata persentase pengangguran tingkat provinsi sebesar 3,3%. Industri yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bantul 99,47% merupakan UMKM, maka UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan harus terus dikembangkan, sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran.Penelitian ini menganalisis beberapa variabel penentu dalam upaya peningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja melalui sektor UMKM. Adapun beberapa variabelnya yaitu Jumlah Unit Usaha, Nilai Investasidan Nilai Produksi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tipe panel dengan cross section cabang UMKM dan time seriesperiode 2010-2015 yang diperoleh dari Disperindagkop Kabupaten Bantul.Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari beberapa variabel dilakukan uji parsial atau uji t dengan membandingkan hasil dari t-tabel dan t-hitung atau melihat signifikansinya dengan tingkat keyakinan yaitu sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai produksi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sedangkan jumlah unit usaha dan nilai investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan uji srempak atau F, jumlah unit usaha, nilai produksi dan nilai investasi secara serempak atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.

Economic development is any activity carried out a country in order to develop economic activities and livelihood of the people. The development process is often linked to the process of industrialization. The industrial sector is a sector which is expected to become a sector leader (leading sector). with the construction industry, so will hopefully be able to spur and encourage the development of other sectors and are able to provide job opportunities to reduce high unemployment. Bantul District still has problems in the provision of employment, i.e. the percentage of unemployment amounted to 4.01% which is still high if compared with the average percentage of provincial unemployment of 3.3%. Industry in Bantul Regency 99.47% is a SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES, then SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES have a very important role in the absorption of labour and should continue to be developed, so as to reduce the unemployment rate. This research analyzes the deciding some variables in an attempt to increase the absorption of labor through the SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES sector. As for the few from that is the number of business units, the value of investments and the value of production. The data used in this research is the data type of the panel with a cross section of SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES branch and time series period 2010-2015, which is obtained from the Disperindagkop District of Bantul. Methods of analysis used in this study is the regression data panel, to know the influence of several variables partial test or test done t by comparing results from the t-table and t-count or see their significance with the confidence level that is 95%. The results of this research show that the production value of positive but not significant effect against the absorption of labor, while the number of business units and the value of the investment is a positive and significant effect against the absorption of labour. Based on test srempak or F, the number of business units, production value and investment value of simultaneous or simultaneous effect on the absorption of labour.
