Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang Program PARE Spring School 2016 yang berfokus kepada informasi mengenai prosedur Program PARE dan testimoni dari mahasiswa yang sudah pernah mengikuti program tersebut. Penulisan in terinspirasi dari masalah yang kerap terjadi kepada mahasiswa pada saat proses mengajukan berkas-berkas untuk program PARE. Mahasiswa terkadang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami beberapa berkas yang harus diserahkan kepada OIA F-13. Maka dari itu, penulis mencoba untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang prosedur dan berkas-berkas yang harus diserahkan. Penulisan tentang program PARE ini pun mewakilkan semua prosedur program luar negeri di OIA F-13 UGM yang sebenarnya mempunyai prosedur yang serupa. Dalam proses mengumpulkan informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan, penulis melakukan pengamatan, pencarian informasi melalui internet dan juga wawancara. Penulis melakukan pengamatan pada saat proses pengajuan berkas-berkas untuk Program PARE Spring School oleh mahasiswa kepada OIA F-13, dari awal proses hingga akhir saat mahasiswa terpilih untuk mengikuti program. Untuk mendukung informasi tentang program PARE, penulis mencari informasi dari beberapa sumber terpercaya di internet, salah satunya adalah website resmi PARE. Langkah terakhir dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah wawancara kepada mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program PARE yang kemudian dilampirkan sebagai testimoni. Penulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa OIA F-13 memperbolehkan mahasiswa UGM untuk mengikuti program studi ke luar negeri. Tidak hanya untuk mahasiswa S1 saja, namun untuk mahasiswa S2 juga. Contohnya adalah PARE Spring School Program, salah satu program yang menawarkan mahasiswa S2 UGM untuk melakukan studi di luar negeri. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan masalah dalam proses pengajuan berkas yang sering terjadi dapat di minimalisir karena penulis telah mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan dan menyebutkan setiap langkah dalam prosedur pengajuan. Juga diharapkan agar dapat memberikan ketertarikan kepada mahasiswa S2 di UGM yang untuk ikut berpartisipasi dengan menampilkan testimoni dari mahasiswa PARE Spring School 2016 sebelumnya

The aim of this paper is to describe and explain the application procedure of PARE Spring School 2016 Program, which are focused on the procedure and the testimonial of the former students. This paper inspired by the problem that UGM students face while they are applying for the documents. The students sometimes find it difficult to understand some documents that should be submitted to OIA F-13 as the requirements. Thus, in this paper, the writer attempts to describe and explain the procedures and the documents that should be submitted. This paper also represented the procedures of all abroad program in OIA F-13 which quite similar to each other. To collect data and information for this paper, the writer did an observation, internet exploration and also interview. The writer observed the process of applying documents for PARE Spring School Program to OIA F-13 from the beginning of the process until the last time students got selected by PARE to participate in the program. To support the information about the PARE Program, the writer explored the information from many sources in the internet such as the official website of PARE Program. The last step to complete this paper is by interviewing the former students of PARE Program as the testimonial. This paper concluded that OIA F-13 is welcome Indonesian students in UGM who wish to study abroad. Not only undergraduate students but also graduate students. For instance, PARE Spring School Program is one of programs that offered to graduated students from certain faculty. By this research, hopefully the problem of the process that occur in this program could be minimized because the writer already described, explained and pointed out every steps of the procedures and also would gain a new interest for UGM students to participate by featuring the testimony of the former students of PARE Spring School 2016 Program.
