PERANCANGAN BASIS DATA SISTEM INFOMASI KELUARGA SEHAT PUSKESMAS SEMIN II GUNUNG KIDUL

Latar Belakang : Perkembangan teknologi kini telah menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari rutinitas manusia. Hal tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya sektor-sektor yang menggunakan serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi guna menunjang suatu pekerjaan, tidak terkecuali bidang kesehatan. Puskesmas Semin 2 Gunungkidul mempunyai program keluarga sehat yang mana masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan sehingga sering terjadinya keterlambatan pengumpulan hasil program dan terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan rekapan hasil program keluarga sehat. Tujuan : Membuat rancangan basisdata (database) sistem informasi keluarga sehat yang efektif dan efisien guna menunjang proses pendataan, pengumpulan serta pengolahan data keluarga sehat Metode : Perancangan ini menggunakan metode action and research dengan sistem keluarga sehat Puskesmas Semin II Gunungkidul sebagai objek perancangan. Perancangan basisdata sistem keluarga sehat ini didasari oleh hasil wawancara terhadap kader, dan petugas puskesmas. Hasil : Dalam basisdata sistem informasi keluarga sehat terdapat 8 table yang saling terintegrasi.Terdiri dari table data_kk, table phbs_baru, table rumah_sehat, table kadarzi, table dusun, table desa, table semester, table admin. Kesimpulan : Kebutuhan sistem informasi keluarga sehat Puskesmas Semin 2 Gunungkidul mampu menyimpan data terkait keluarga, kadarzi, phbs dan rumah sehat serta mamapu melakukan perekapan laporan baik tingkat dusun, desa, puskesmas serta integrasi dari ketiga indikator serta mempunyai output laporan yang sesui dengan puskesmas

Background: The development of technology has now become an inseparable part of human routine. It can be seen from the large number of sectors that use and make use of information technology to support an occupation, the health sector is no exception. The Puskesmas Semin Gunungkidul has a healthy family program which still use manual systems to entry and reporting.So that often occurrence of delays in the collection of the results of the program until the occurrence of an error in conduct recaps the results of the healthy families program. Objective: Make the design of database family healthy information system which is effective and efficient to support the process of data collection, accumulation and processing family health data. Methods: The method that using to make this design are action and research with family healthy system of puskesmas Semin II as an object design. This design of database family healthy system are constituted to the result of cadre interview, and puskesmas employee. Results: Databases system for healthy family has 8 tables are integrated with each other. Consist of table data_kk, table phbs_baru, table rumah_sehat, table kadarzi, table dusun, table desa, table semester, table admin. Conclusion: Necessary for the system information of family healthy information puskesmas Semin 2 Gunung Kidul could save the data that related to keluarga, kadarzi, PHBS also rumah sehat and could doing recaps such as dusun, desa, and puskesmas also integrated from the third indicator also has an output report which is appropriate with the Puskesmas.
