Tingkat Kepatuhan Publik Pengendara Roda Dua di Kabupaten Sleman

Dampak utama dari peningkatan volume kendaraan tersebut adalah kepadatan lalu lintas yang berimbas timbulnya kemacetan yang dibarengi dengan peningkatan angka pelanggaran dan kecelakaan pada setiap tahunnya. Kendaraan roda dua mengalami peningkatan sekitar 85% setiap tahun dan mendominasi keadaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan metode mix method. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 30 responden dan wawancara kepada satlantas polres sleman dan observasi lapangan serta teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan tingkat kepatuhan publik pengendara roda dua di Kabupaten Sleman masih rendah namun sudah ada inisiatif dari masyarakat untuk berbagi informasi lalu lintas secara mandiri. Terdapat 4 faktor utama pendorong kepatuhan publik antara lain sanksi hukum, kesadaran pengendara, lingkungan dan pengalaman pribadi pengendara.

The increasing volume of vehicle the hoghest was in Sleman district, so it is with the violence and crash traffic flow. This research restricting the scope to on traffic motorcycles. Motorcycles rise 85% every year and domineering the state of the traffic in Sleman District. The research is the research uses a method of mix method, in addition to know an increasing rate and the decrease in offense, also to ascertain an overall picture on the condition of traffic especially motorcycles in Sleman district. Use two the theory namelu the theory compliance and the theory stimulus organism response by using Undang-undang number 22nd year of 2009 as a reference basic compliance traffic. Data collection obtained for questionnaires for 30 respondents and interview to police Sleman and observation field. The result of research showed the compliance level of public two-wheeled vehicle riders are in Sleman District is still low but was there was an initiative of society to share information traffic independently. There are 4 the mainfactors driving compliance public among others legal sanction, awareness the rider, the environment and personal experince the rider.
