PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN DAN KEMANFAATAN PENERAPAN BRIDGING SYSTEM PADA SIM RS RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL

Latar Belakang : Salah satu system yang memperlancar kegiatan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Panembahan Senopati yaitu bridging system. Evaluasi terhadap penerapan bridging system harus dilakukan karena untuk menilai atau mengukur manfaat yang didapatkan. Terdapat berbagai macam metode evaluasi kesuksesan sebuah system, antara lain Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penerapan bridging system merupakan hal yang baru di RSUD Panembahan Senopati dan penerapan bridging system belum sepenuhnya baik. Padahal dari segi fasilitas sudah sangat terpenuhi, yaitu kondisi komputer yang prima, koneksi internet yang lancar Tujuan : Mengetahui persepsi pengguna terhadap sebelum serta sesudah penerapan bridging system di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Metode Penelitian : jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan penelitian eksploratoris sekuensial. Subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 3 orang. Sample objek penelitian ini berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling atau jenis sampling jenuh. Jadi jumlah sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil : bridging system pada SIM RS membantu proses pelayanan karena mempercepat proses penginputan, menyederhanakan kegiatan pelayanan serta dapat efisiensi dari segi waktu dan tenaga kerja Tingkat persetujuan responden terhadap faktor kemudahan adalah 80,48%. Tingkat persetujuan responden terhadap faktor kemanfaatan adalah 80,38%. Kesimpulan : Pada bagian pendaftaran penerapan bridging system membantu proses pelayanan karena mempercepat proses penginputan, menyederhanakan kegiatan pelayanan serta dapat efisiensi dari segi waktu dan tenaga kerja. Pada bagian koder bridging system dapat mengurangi kesalahan input data pasien serta menambah efisiensi waktu serta tenaga kerja. Persentase persepsi kemudahan (Perceived Ease of use) adalah 80,48%. Persentase persepsi kemanfaatan (Perceived usefulness adalah 80,38%.

Background : One of the systems that facilitate the activities of service at RSUD Panembahan Senopati is bridging system. Evaluation of the bridging system should be done as to assess or quantify the benefits obtained. There are different methods of evaluating the success of a system, such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Bridging system is a new thing in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul and application of the bridging system has not been entirely favorable. Even though of the facility have been very satisfied, prime conditions of computer, fast internet connection and with regard to bridging system. Objective : For evaluation implementation of bridging system in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Methods : The kind of research this is research mixed method with the quantitative approach and design eksploratoris sekuensial research .A subject in this research using purposive sampling were 3 people. This kind of research is to 21 people .Technique the sample collection using a technique non probability of sampling or kind of sampling saturated .So the sample of the used same with a population of .Technique data collection used is observation and the questionnaire or chief . Results : Bridging system in SIM RS help the service because speed up the process input data, simplify for services and can efficiency in terms of time and labor level approval respondents of perceived ease of use is 80,48 % .The approval respondents of perceived usefulness is 80,38 % . Conclusion : On the registration, bridging system help the service because speed up the process input data, simplify for services and can efficiency in terms of time and labor .On the koder bridging system can reducing the errors data input patients and increase efficiency time as well as to labor .The percentage perceived ease of use is 80,48 % .The percentage perceived usefulness is 80,38 % .
