ANALISIS PENGARUH INTERMITTENT DAN KONTINYU PINK NOISE TERHADAP PERFORMANSI MELALUI TES PAULI

Performa merupakan faktor penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mengganggu performa. Terutama pada open-plan office faktor yang mengganggu yaitu kebisingan. Efek kebisingan di open-plan office dapat muncul secara langsung yaitu masalah berkonsentrasi atau gangguan terhadap performa. Kebisingan yang terdapat di open-plan office dapat berupa kontinyu dan intermittent. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kontinyu dan intermittent noise serta intensitas noise terhadap performa. Performa yang digunakan yaitu berupa kecepatan kerja, kestabilan kerja, dan ketelitian kerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada responden mahasiswa yang berusia 16 - 22 tahun. Desain eksperimen terdiri dari 2 level jenis noise (kontinyu pink noise dan intermittent pink noise) x 3 level intensitas noise (50 dBA, 62 dBA, dan 70 dBA). Hasil menunjukan pada kecepatan kerja, faktor yang berpengaruh yaitu intensitas noise dimana terjadi kenaikan kecepatan kerja pada intensitas 62 dBA kemudian menurun pada intensitas 70 dBA. Pada kestabilan kerja, interaksi antara jenis noise dan intesitas noise yang berpengaruh. Sedangkan pada ketelitian kerja kedua faktor (jenis noise dan intensitas) tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketelitian kerja.

Performance is an important factor in any kind of enterprise. However, there are several factors that can interfere with the performance especially on the open-plan office. The disturbing factor is a noise where its effects in the open-plan office may impact directly, such as difficulty to concentrate or disruption to the performance. More in the open-plan office there are two kinds of noises which are continuous and intermittent. Research aims to see the effect of continuous, intermittent noise, and the intensity of the noise on the performance. Researcher use pace of work, job stability, and accuracy of work. This research used students age 16 - 22. Experimental design consists of 2 types of noise levels (intermittent pink noise and continuous pink noise) x 3 levels of intensity noise (50 dBA, 62 dBA, and 70 dBA). The result shows working speed performance factors that affects is the intensity of noise. There was an increase in the pace of work in the intensity 62 dBA then decrease in the intensity 70 dBA. On the stability of the work, the interaction between the type of noise and intensity noise affects on stability. While on the accuracy of work, both factors (type of noise and intensity) do not affect the accuracy of the work.
