EKSPEKTASI DAN REALITA PENERAPAN PROGRAM SAEMAUL UNDONG DI DUSUN BATUSARI DESA KAMPUNG KECAMATAN NGAWEN GUNUNGKIDUL YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kesesuaian realita program Saemaul undong terkait proyek dan bantuan yang direalisasikan di Dusun Batusari, Desa Kampung, Kecamatan Ngawen, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, tinjauan pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan perolehan data selanjutnya, penulisan dibuat secara deskriptiv sesuai dengan realita. Setelah melakukan analisis data, penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa ekspektasi masyarakat terkait sarana fisik dan non-fisik pada perealisasian proyek pengecoran jalan, pembangunan gedung pertemuan, pengeboran air dan bantuan 15 ekor sapi belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan realita saat ini. Realita yang terjadi berbanding terbalik dengan ekspektasi masyarakat Dusun Batusari.

The goal of this research is to find out the compatibility between the society expectations with the reality of Saemaul undong programs related to the realizations in Batusari, Ngawen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta of the projects and the grant-in-aids. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research, the data collection technique used are interviews, literature reviews, and documentations. Based on the collected data, it then writed proceeded as descriptive in accordance to the reality. After processing the data analysis in relate to the physical and nonphysical infrastructure in the society, the author concluded that the reality of the realizations of Saemaul undong programs are not yet fully compatible with the expectations. Foundry project, meeting hall construction, water drilling, and the grant-in-aid that was given for purchasing 15 cows are not yet fit to the batusari society expectations.
