PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PARSIAL TENAGA KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX) DI PERUSAHAAN MINUMAN SARI KEDELAI BU ADE

Minuman Sari Kedelai Bu Ade merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pembuatan minuman sari kedelai. Suatu perusahaan selalu dituntut untuk mampu mempertahankan dan selalu mengembangkan daya saingnya. Berbagai usaha dilakukan untuk menghadapi persaingan antara perusahaan. Dengan persaingan yang semakin kompetitif mau tidak mau akan menuntut perusahaan unutk memiliki strategi agar semua kegiatan dalam perusahaan efektif, efisien, dan produktif. Pengukuran produktifitas akan digunakan untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas perusahaan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menentukan strategi perusahaan dalam menentukan produktivitas. Objectives Matrix (OMAX) adalah suatu sistem pengukuran produktivitas parsial yang dikembangkan untuk memantau produktivitas di tiap bagian perusahaan dengan kriteria produktivitas yang sesuai dengan keberadaan tersebut (objective). Metode ini dikembangkan oleh seorang professor produktivitas dari Departemen Of Industrial Engineering at Oregon State University, yaitu James L. Riggs, PE. Omax merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran produktivitas perusahaan yang memuat informasi mengenai kriteria produktivitas dan performansi. Produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja pada Industri Minuman Sari Kedelai Bu Ade cenderung tidak stabil dari periode Januari sampai Juni 2015. Adapun nilai yang didapat pada bulan Januari sebesar 559.256, Februari sebesar 1000.00, Maret sebesar 707.41, April sebesar 570.37, Mei sebesar 148.15, dan bulan Juni sebesar 370.37. Rasio produktivitas yang memerlukan perbaikan adalah rasio 4, yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah tenaga kerja tidak hadir dengan jumlah tenaga kerja normal.

Productivity measurement will be used to analyze and evaluate the factors that can affect the productivity of the company which is then used to determine the company's strategy in determining productivity. Objectives Matrix (OMAX) is a partial productivity measurement system developed to monitor productivity in every part of the company with the criteria of productivity in accordance with the existence of the (objective). Omax is one method of measuring the productivity of companies that includes information about the criteria of productivity and performance. Partial productivity of labor in Bu Ade soy drink cyder company tend to be unstable from the period January to June 2015.
