PELACAK POSISI KENDARAAN BERBASIS GPS DAN GSM/GPRS YANG TERTAMPIL OTOMATIS PADA PETA DIGITAL

Kendaraan merupakan barang yang sangat penting di kehidupan manusia, keberadaannya sangat membantu dan menunjang aktivitas manusia, diluar itu juga banyak masalah yang dihadapi pemilik kendaraan, contohnya pencurian kendaraan. Dari data kepolisian, terdapat 211 kasus pencurian kendaraan sepeda motor di Tasikmalaya Tahun 2014 (www.tribunnews.com, 2016) dan ditambah lagi dengan kesulitan untuk pelacakan kendaraan tersebut oleh pemiliknya. Oleh karena itu dikembangkannya sistem pelacakan kendaraan berbasis GPS dan GSM/GPRS. Sistem pelacakan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah pencurian kendaraan bermotor, memberikan rasa aman pemilik terhadap kendaraan yang dimilikinya dengan memberikan kemudahan bagi pemilik untuk melacak dan memantau kendaraan yang dimilikinya dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas peta digital Google Maps yang dimiliki penyedia web Ubidots. Untuk menciptkan sistem tersebut dengan memadukan Modul GPS Shield, Modul IComSat V1.1 GSM/GPRS SIM900 dengan tampilan peta digital pada web Ubidots. Modul Icomsat V.1.1 GSM/GPRS SIM900 dengan memanfaatkan fitur GSM akan menerima sms, kemudian memerintahkan Arduino untuk mengendalikan kendaraan atau Arduino menerima data GPS melalui modul GPS dan memanfaatkan fitur GPRS pada Modul SIM900 untuk mengirimkan lokasi ke peta digital pada web Ubidots.

Therefore, development of vehicle tracking system based on GPS and GSM / GPRS. The tracking system aims to prevent the theft of motor vehicles, providing security against vehicle owners who had to make it easy for owners to track and monitor vehicles owned by utilizing digital map Google Maps owned Ubidots web provider. For creating the system by combining GPS Module Shield, IComSat V1.1 Module GSM / GPRS SIM900 with a digital map display on the web Ubidots. V.1.1 Icomsat Module GSM / GPRS SIM900 by utilizing the features of GSM will receive an sms, then ordered Arduino Arduino to control the vehicle or receive GPS data through a GPS module and utilize the features of GPRS on SIM900 module to send the location to a digital map on the web Ubidots.
