INTISARI Latar Belakang: Dokumentasi Keperawatan merupakan aktivitas yang paling efektif dilakukan oleh perawat untuk memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi tentang penerimaan pasien, status kesehatan dan memberikan bukti asuhan keperawatan yang akurat. Dokumentasi yang akurat menjadi salah satu standar profesional praktik keperawatan untuk memberikan praktik yang aman dan efektif. Dokumentasi keperawatan yang tidak akurat dapat menjadi penyebab salah tafsir atau salah interpretasi, dan dapat menyebabkan situasi pasien yang tidak aman. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penulisan dokumentasi keperawatan, salah satunya beban kerja perawat. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan keakuratan dokumentasi keperawatan di ruang Melati 1, 2, 3, 4 INSKA RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 perawat dan di ambil 70 rekam medis dokumentasi keperawatan yang diambil secara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen D-Catch untuk mengobservasi keakuratan dokumentasi keperawatan dan kuesioner beban kerja perawat. Analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji Sperman rank test karena data tidak terdistribusi normal. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari separuh beban kerja perawat kategori rendah yaitu (68,6%). Mayoritas keakuratan dokumentasi keperawatan kategori akurat yaitu (74,3%). Hasil penelitian dengan uji Spearman menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,135 (p >0,05 Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan keakuratan dokumentasi keperawatan di Ruang Melati 1, 2, 3, 4 Instalasi Keperawatan Anak RSUP Dr.Sardjito Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT Background: Nursing documentation is the most effective activity carried out by nurses to facilitate information exchange about patient reception, health status and provide reliable nursing care. Accurate documentation as one of the nursing practice professional standards intended to provide safe and effective care. Inaccurate nursing documentation lead to misinterpretation and put the patient at prone situations. Many factors affect the nursing care plan documentation including the heavy nurse's workload. Objective: To identify the relationship between nurses' workload and the nursing documentation accuracy at the Melati room 1, 2, 3, 4 at the Childlren health Installation Dr. Sardjito General Hospital. Method: It was a descriptive correlation study with cross sectional design. Sample of the study consisted of 35 nurses and 70 medical records of nursing documentation extractedthrough consecutive sampling. Instrument of the research was D-Catch. D-Catch designed to evaluate the accuracy of nursing documentation and measure nurse�s workload. Spearman rank executed to explore the statistical analysis. Results: Results indicated that more than half of the nurses' workload was in the low category (68.6%). The majority of nursing documentation accuracy was accurate (74.3%). Results of the Spearman test found p-value of 0,135 (p >0,05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between the nurses' workload and the accuracy of nursing documentation the Melati room 1, 2, 3, 4 at the Child Nursing Installation Dr.Sardjito General Hospital Yogyakarta
