Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi implemen-tasi GCG di PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo dengan menggunakan model peratingan CGCG UGM tahun 2017, membandingkan hasil penilaian yang telah di buat perusahaan dan penelitian terdahulu dengan penilaian menggunakan model peratingan CGCG UGM, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam implementasi GCG yang belum optimal sehingga menyebabkan munculnya isu-isu yang merugikan Bank. Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi implementasi GCG PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo dengan menggunakan model peratingan Center for Good Corporate Universitas Gadjah Mada. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu berdasarkan kriteria memiliki pengetahuan dan berpengalaman. Pertanyaan kuesioner berdasarkan konsep CGCG UGM. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pertanyaan berdasarkan subdimensi yang terdapat pada kuesioner. Tahapan teknik analisis data penelitian ini, yaitu (1) penetapan skor, (2) perhitungan skor, (3) pemeringkatan, dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian implementasi GCG di PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo dengan menggunakan model peratingan CGCG UGM menunjukkan hasil 3.350,8 artinya perusahaan belum sempurna dalam melakukan pengadopsian, implementasi dan pengembangan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh regulator. Nilai tersebut menempatkan perusahaan pada ranking ke 4 dari model peratingan CGCG UGM. Hasil self assessment perusahaan dan penelitian terdahulu dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo telah memenuhi kewajibannya dalam hal penerapan regulasi dari regulator, sedangkan pada hasil penilaian dengan model peratingan CGCG UGM menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan regulasi dari regulator tersebut belum sempurna. Hal ini karena, yang dinilai oleh CGCG UGM tidak hanya penerapannya saja tetapi upaya-upaya perusahaan dalam mengembangkan aturan-aturan tersebut.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of GCG at PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo using CGGG UGM model in 2017, comparing the results of the assessment that has been made by the company and previous research with the assessment using the model of CGCG UGM, and knowing the factors in the implementation of GCG that have not been optimal, causing the emergence of issues harm the Bank. This study focuses on evaluating the implementation of GCG PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo using the Center for Good Corporate model of Gadjah Mada University. The type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. Selection of respondents using purposive sampling technique that is based on the criteria of having knowledge and experience. Questionnaire questionnaire based on UGM CGCG concept. Interviews were conducted using question models based on the subdimensions contained in the questionnaire. Stages of data analysis techniques of this study, namely (1) determination score, (2) calculation score, (3) ranking, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results showed that the assessment of GCG implementation at PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo using the CGCG UGM model shows the result of 3,350.8, meaning that the company is not perfect in adopting, implementing and developing regulations that have been set by the regulator. The value puts the company in the 4th rank of the CGGG UGM model. The result of self assessment of company and previous research can be concluded that PT. Bank Sulawesi Utara Gorontalo has fulfilled its obligations in regulatory application of the regulator, while in the assessment result with the CGCG UGM model concludes that the regulatory application of the regulator is not yet perfect. This is because, as as-sessed by CGCG UGM is not only the application but the company's efforts in developing the rules.
