ANALISIS KECELAKAAN KERJA di PT. INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR Tbk, NOODLE DIVISION SEMARANG

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Noodle Semarang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri makanan yang berada di jalan Tambak Aji No II/8 Semarang yang khusus memproduksi mie instan (noodle). Proses produksi pada industri ini diselesaikan oleh ratusan pekerja yang bekerja pada beberapa bagian di perusahaan. Terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk dapat mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan para pekerja. Industri ini memiliki departemen khusus yaitu departemen SHE (Safety and Healthy Environment) yang bertugas untuk mengalisis masalah terkait Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis kecelakaan kerja dan penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder. Proses analisis kecelakaan kerja dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisa kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2012-2015 dan wawancara dengan SHE officer dan SHE staf terkait kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Data kecelakaan kerja dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis kecelakaan, lokasi kecelakaan dan penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Hasil data tersebut diuraikan dalam grafik sederhana dan dimasukkan dalam diagram pareto kemudian disimpulkan. Langkah terakhir adalah memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, jenis kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi adalah terjepit, terpeleset, terjatuh, tertimpa dan terbakar. Jenis kecelakaan kerja tertinggi adalah terjepit. Lokasi kecelakaan kerja berada di departemen produksi, warehouse dan teknik dengan kejadian tertinggi adalah di departemen produksi. Penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan faktor unsafe condition sebesar 84% dan faktor human error sebesar 16%.

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Noodle Division branch Semarang is a company engaged at food industry which located on Tambak Aji Street No II/8 Semarang that specialized producing instant noodles. The production process in this industry is resolved by a hundreds of workers who worked in several parts at the company. Work accidents in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk can threaten the health and safety of workers. This industry has a special department, called department of SHE (Safety and Healthy Environment), which served to evaluated related issues about Occupational Health and Safety (K3). Analysis of work accidents on the employees required by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk to determinated the type of work accidents and causes of accidents. Data used in this research is secondary data. Process analysis of work accidents can be done by analyzing the incidence of occupational accidents in the year 2012-2015 and an interviewed with SHE about related incidence of work accidents. Work accident data grouped by type of accident, locations of the accident and causes of the accident. The results of the data is described in simple graphs and included in the Pareto charts to summarized. The final step is to make recommendation that can be useful for companies. Based on the analysis performed, the type of accidents that occur are caught between tools or machines, sliped, falled, struck down and burned. The highest kind of work accidents is sandwiched (caught between tools or machines). The location of workplace accidents is in the department of production, warehouse and engineering with the highest incidence is in the department of production. Causes of accidents based on factors of unsafe condition by 84 % and the human error factor of 16% .
