EVALUASI DISTRIBUSI SUHU PADA OVEN DALAM KONDISI KOSONG DAN TERISI BEBAN

Telah dilakukan penelitian evaluasi distribusi suhu pada oven kosong dan terisi beban. Selain bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi suhu oven, penelitian juga dilakukan untuk membandingkan bagaimana ditribusi suhu saat oven kosong dan terisi beban. Oven yang digunakan adalah oven tipe UN75. Distribusi yang dimaksud adalah penyebaran, penyaluran, sehingga dalam kasus ini distribusi yang dimaksud adalah penyebaran dan penyaluran suhu di satu titik dalam oven dengan titik yang lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur acuan AS 2853: 1986 Enclosure-Temperatur controlled-Peformance testing and Grading.Enclosure sendiri adalah sebuah wadah yang di dalamnya menampung media, diantaranya adalah padat, cair, atau gas. Ruang lingkup dari kalibrasi enclosure ini adalah oven, incubator, furnace ataupun freezer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meletakan alat ukur suhu termokopel secara menyebar sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pada prosedur acuan. Distribusi suhu oven dapat dilihat dari perbedaan hasil pengukuran pada termokopel 1 dan termokopel lainnya. Estimasi ketidakpastian pengukuran dapat diperoleh dari berbagai sumber ketidakpastian, diantaranya adalah variasi spasial, variasi temporal, resolusi, variasi penunjukan indicator enclosure, ketidakpastian thermometer standar, dan drift thermometer standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa distribusi suhu pada oven tidak merata baik dalam keadaan kosong maupun dalam keadaan terisi beban. Ketidakpastian pengukuran yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa oven tidak layak digunakan karena hasil ketidakpastian yang diperoleh melebihi ±5°C. Distribusi suhu, oven, kalibrasi enclosue

Research on the measurement of the evaluation of temperature distribution in empty oven and volume of oven. Besides aiming to determine the temperature distribution of the oven, this research was also conducted to compare how the temperature distribution of the oven when empty and loaded weights. The oven used was oven-type UN75 this distribution were the deployment and distribution. So in this case the these distribution that were the spread and distribution of temperature at one point in the oven at another point. The study was conducted in accordance with the procedures of reference AS 2853: 1986 "the temperature-controlled enclosure-peformance testing and grading". Enclosure itself was a container in which to accommodate the media, such as solid, liquid, or gas. The scope of this enclosure calibration were oven, incubator, furnace or freezer. The study was conducted by placing a thermocouple temperature measuring devices was spread according to the steps in the procedure reference. Distribution oven temperature can be seen from the difference in the measurement results thermocouple 1 and the other thermocouple. Estimation of measurement uncertainty can be obtained from various sources of uncertainty, including the spatial variation, temporal variation, a resolution, a variation appointment indicator enclosure, the uncertainty of the standard thermometer, and a standard thermometer drift. The results showed that the temperature distribution in the oven uneven either empty or under load charged state. Measurement uncertainty obtained indicates that the oven was not fit for use because of the uncertainty results obtained exceed ±5° C.
