PROFIL NEURON NITRERGIK PLEKSUS MIENTERIKUS USUS HALUS MENCIT (Mus musculus) GALUR SWISS

2016 | Skripsi | S1 KEDOKTERAN HEWANMencit merupakan hewan yang paling sering digunakan sebagai hewan penelitian biomedikal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil (diameter, jumlah, morfometrik) neuron nitrergik di pleksus mienterikus usus halus segmen duodenum, jejunum dan ileum mencit galur Swiss. Empat mencit strain Swiss jantan berumur 2 bulan berasal dari UPHP UGM, nomor kelaikan etik 218/KEC-LPPT/II/2015 dengan berat badan 27,1-30,2 gram diadaptasi selama 3 hari diberi pakan BR-1 dan air secara ad-libitum kemudian seluruh mencit dipuasakan selama 12 jam, selanjutnya dieutanasi dengan cara dislokasi pada tulang leher. Mencit kemudian dibedah untuk diambil usus halusnya yaitu segmen duodenum, jejunum dan ileum. Segmen usus diwarnai dengan teknik pewarnaan Nicotinamide Adenin dinucleotide phospat-diaphorase (NADPH-d). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa morfologi, diameter dan jumlah neuron nitrergik usus halus. Data jumlah neuron dihitung rerata dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa morfologi neuron nitrergik pleksus mienterikus duodenum, jejunum dan ileum mencit memiliki kesamaan, yaitu badan sel oval dengan nukleus oval, akson dan dendrit dan distribusi neuron bipolar. Neuron nitrergik bentuk kecil di segmen duodenum, jejunum dan ileum berdiameter 6,6-14,4, bentuk sedang berdiameter 13,8-17,7 dan bentuk besar berdimeter 16,8-31,3. Neuron nitrergik bentuk kecil, sedang dan besar di segmen duodenum, jejunum dan ileum memiliki jumlah rata-rata 33-34 neuron. Kepadatan neuron nitrergik semakin ke distal memiliki kepadatan yang semakin tinggi, yaitu duodenum 1583 neuron, jejunum 1995,26 neuron dan ileum 2130,5 neuron.
Mice are the animals most commonly used as an animal biomedical research. This study was conducted to determine the profile (diameter, number, morphometric) neurons plexus mienterikus nitrergik in the small intestine duodenum segment, jejunum and ileum mice Swiss strain. Four Swiss strain male mice aged 2 months came from UPHP UGM, conduct airworthiness number 218 / KEC-LPPT / II / 2015 by 27.1 to 30.2 gram weight was adapted for 3 days fed BR-1 and water ad- libitum then the whole of mice were fasted for 12 hours, then euthanasia by way of dislocation in the bones of the neck. Mice were then dissected to be taken, namely the small intestine duodenum segment, jejunum and ileum. Small intestine segment staining techniques with Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-diaphorase (NADPH-d). The results obtained in the form of morphology, diameter and number of neurons nitrergic small intestine. Data on the number of neurons are calculated the mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the morphology of neurons nitrergik plexus myentericus duodenum , jejunum and ileum mice have in common , which is the body oval cells with oval nuclei , axons and dendrites and distribution of bipolar neurons. Nitrergic neurons in the segment duodenum , jejunum and ileum small form in diameter from 6.6 to 14.4 ,form of medium diameter from 13.8 to 17.7 and diameter of large shapes from 16.8 to 31.3 . Neuron nitrergik the form of small, medium and large segments of the duodenum , jejunum and ileum has an average number of 33-34 neurons. The density of nitrergic neurons more distal to have higher density, density of nitrergic neurons in the duodenum 1583 neurons, in jejunum 1995,26 neurons and in ileum 2130,5 neurons.
