Mekanisme Pencatatan Discharge Loss Arus Minyak Pada PT Pertamina Refinery Unit IV Cilacap

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses discharge crude oil pada PT Pertamina Refinery Unit IV Cilacap. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan mengamati langsung dan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak terkait proses discharge crude oil. Proses discharge crude oil yang dilakukan oleh divisi Oil Custody akan dibandingkan kesesuaiannya dengan Tata Kerja Organisasi perusahaan yang berlaku. Prosedur serta pencatatan discharge crude oil menggunakan aplikasi Refinery Oil Accounting System yang merupakan sistem berbasis web yang di terapkan oleh Pertamina sejak tahun 2014. Sistem ini akan menggambarkan seluruh alur proses discharge oleh pihak-pihak terkait dan menghasilkan dokumen Certificate of Quantity Discharge. Dokumen tersebut akan menggambarkan discharge loss yang merupakan fokus dari penulisan ini.

This research aims to determine the discharge process crude oil at PT Pertamina Refinery Unit IV Cilacap . This writing method descriptive analysis with direct observation and interviews with relevant parties discharge process crude oil. The process of discharge of crude oil carried by Oil Custody division will be compared for compliance with the Working Procedures applicable Company organization. Recording procedures and discharge of crude oil using an application Oil Refinery Accounting System which is a web-based system that is applied by Pertamina since 2014. This system will describe the entire process flow of discharge by the parties concerned and to produce documents Certificate of Discharge Quantity . The document will describe the discharge loss which is the focus of this paper .
