Counter Digital Barang Logam Dengan Data Terkirim Ke PC

2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 TEKNIK ELEKTRO SVRangkaian pencacah (counter) adalah rangkaian elektronika yang berfungsi untuk melakukan penghitungan angka secara cepat dan berurutan. Maka dari itu untuk memudahkan dalam mendapatkan hasil data dari proses menghitung barang pada conveyor saat bekerja, maka dibuat suatu alat penghitung yang hasil datanya dikirim secara wireless ke PC dan ditampilkan ke LCD yang berjudul Counter Digital Barang Logam Dengan Data Terkirim ke PC. Alat ini bekerja memanfaatkan sistem counter yang diprogram pada Arduino Uno sebagai kendali utama, dimana ada masukan dari sensor proximity induktif yang akan menentukan set point (hasil counter), LCD 16x2 yang akan menampilkan set point dan present value dari sensor proximity induktif dan ethernet shield yang akan mengirimkan data set point ke PC. Kemudian RTC DS3231 sebagai pembanding waktu dan tanggal pada boks pengontrol dengan data pada PC.
Counter cuicuit is an electronic circuit that performs a quick and sequential calculations of numbers. Therefore to make it easier to get the data from the process of counting items on a running conveyor, then created a counting tool whch the results data is sent wirelessly to a PC and displayed to the LCD called Digital Metal Detector With Data Sent t o PC. The counter works by utilizing the counter system which is programed on Arduino Uno as the main controller, where there are inputs from inductive proximity sensor which will determine the set point (counter result), 16x2 LCD will display the set pint and the present value of the inductive proximity sensor and ethernet shield which will transmit the set point data to the PC. RTC DS3231 is used as a comparator between the time and date on the controller box and the data on the PC.
