UJI KEPEKAAN MYCOBACTERIUM NON TUBERCULOSIS TIPE PERTUMBUHAN CEPAT TERHADAP STREPTOMISIN SECARA IN VITRO

Latar belakang : Meningkatnya prevalensi Mycobacterium non tuberculosis di berbagai wilayah, serta masih banyak terapi antibiotik yang belum di teliti, kepekaan antibiotik terhadap bakteri juga mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan uji kepekaan terhadap bakteri. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepekaan Mycobacterium non tuberculosis tipe pertumbuhan cepat terhadap Streptomisin secara in vitro. Metode : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan dengan metode Macrobroth dilution test. Penelitian ini berlangsung di laboratorium Mikribiology Universitas Gadjah Mada. Hasil : Dari total 10 isolat Mycobacterium non tuberculosis tipe pertumbuhan cepat di dapatkan hasil semua isolat (100%) di interpretasikan resisten terhadap Streptomisin dengan rentang KHM >20 μg/ml. Kesimpulan : Streptomisin kurang efektif untuk menghambat pertumbuhan dari Mycobacterium non tuberculosis tipe pertumbuhan cepat. Background : The increasing prevalence of non-tuberculosis mycobacterium in various regions, and many antibiotic therapy has not been examined, antibiotic sensitivity of bacteria also push researchers to test the sensitivity of the bacteria. Objective : To find out how the sensitivity of non-tuberculosis mycobacterium Pertumbuhan cepat type of Streptomisin in vitro. Methods : This research method using descriptive observational study design with Macrobroth dilution test method . The study took place in the laboratory of the University of Gadjah Mada Mikribiology . Result : From a total of 10 isolats of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-type non Pertumbuhan cepat in get the results of all isolats (100%) were resistant to Streptomisin interpreted with MIC ranges >20 ug / ml Conclusion : Streptomisin antibiotics less effective in inhibiting the growth of non-tuberculosis mycobacterium type Pertumbuhan cepat.
