WACANA PIDATO PELANTIKAN PRESIDEN JOKO WIDODO

Penelitian berjudul "Wacana Pidato Pelantikan Presiden Joko Widodo" bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur wacana pidato dan mengidentifikasi jenis, strategi, fungsi, serta faktor sosial yang memengaruhi tindak tutur dalam pidato pelantikan Presiden Joko Widodo. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan fungsi pidato tersebut. Populasi data dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga pidato dalam periode 2004--2014, yaitu pidato pelantikan Presiden Joko Widodo dan dua pidato pelantikan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). Data primer penelitian ini adalah pidato pelantikan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 2014 dengan durasi 11:02 yang diunduh di laman Youtube. Data sekunder berupa pidato pelantikan Presiden SBY pada 2004 dan 2009 yang didapatkan di laman Perpustakaan Nasional juga dikumpulkan sebagai bahan komparasi. Data tersebut kemudian ditranskripsi secara ortografis. Setelah itu, Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode padan pragmatis yang dilanjutkan dengan teknik baca markah. Hasil analisis data kemudian disajikan secara formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pidato pelantikan Presiden Joko Widodo memiliki struktur pembuka, isi, dan penutup. Strategi tindak tutur yang digunakan adalah strategi langsung, tidak langsung, literal, langsung literal, dan tidak langsung literal. Sementara itu fungsi dominan tindak tutur dalam pidato tersebut adalah fungsi representatif dan direktif. Pidato tersebut berfungsi untuk mengungkapkan gagasan, menyatakan janji, mengkritik, menyatakan kebijakan, menyuruh, berterima kasih, menjaga hubungan sosial, dan menjelaskan istilah-istilah khusus.

The study entitled "The Discourse of President Joko Widodo's Inaugural Speech" aims to describe the structure of the speech and identify the type, strategy, function of speech acts, and social factors that affect speech acts in the inaugural speech of President Joko Widodo. In addition, this study aims to describe the function of the speech. The population of this study are speeches taken in period of 2004--2014, which is consist of the inaugural speech of President Joko Widodo and two inaugural speech of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). The primary data of this study is the inaugural speech of President Joko Widodo with a duration 11:02 downloaded on YouTube. The secondary data is the inaugural speech of President SBY in 2004 and 2009 were taken from the website of The National Library and are collected as comparasion. The data is then transcribed in orthographic. After that, the data is analyzed using pragmatic identity method with read-marker technique. After that, the analysis results are presented formally and informally. The results showed that the structure of President Joko Widodo's inaugural speech are opening, body, and closing. Speech acts strategy used in the speech are direct and indirect strategy, literal, direct literal and indirect literal. The dominant function of the speech acts in the speech is representative and directive function. The speech functions to express ideas, give a promise, criticize, state policy, give a command, thank, maintain social connections, and explain the special terms.
