Tabu Incest Dan Represi Terhadap Subjek Pelakunya (Studi Kasus Di Kabupaten Aran Pandang)

Incest sudah sejak lama dibahasakan sebagai hal yang menyimpang karena tidak sesuai dengan tatanan struktur sosial yang berlaku, begitupun yang ada di Kabupaten Aran Pandang. Berbagai larangan hingga "penghukuman" terhadap pelakunya telah banyak dibuat oleh institusi-institusi sosial seperti masyarakat, hukum, dan agama, namun tetap saja hingga hari ini kasus-kasus incest masih didapati diberbagai tempat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa persoalan incest perlu untuk dilihat bukan hanya pada tataran psikis individu saja, melainkan juga struktur sosial yang membelenggu disekitarnya. Sehingga akan didapati bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara individu dengan struktur disekelilingnya. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode biografi life story dengan didukung oleh nilai-nilai dalam psikoanalisa yang dikembangkan oleh Lacan. Karena bukan hanya mendengar kisah hidup dari pelaku incest itu secara mentah tapi juga harus dimaknai setiap tutur dan gerakan dari informan itu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa represi terhadap subjek tidak hanya berhenti pada tataran bahasa saja melainkan lebih material yaitu tubuh. Dimana tubuh didisiplinkan untuk dapat patuh pada struktur sosial yang ada.

Incest has long been known as distorted because it does not conform with the order of the prevailing social structures, as well as in the District Aran Pandang. Various of prohibition to "punishment" against the perpetrators have been produced by social institutions such as society, law, and religion, but it remains to this day the cases of incest are still found in many places. The purpose of this study was to find out that the issue of incest needs to be seen not only at the level of the individual psyche, but also the social structure surrounding handcuff. So it will be found that there is a link between the individual and the surrounding structures. Therefore in this study uses a life story with biographical approach method is supported by the values in psychoanalysis developed by Lacan. Because it is not only to hear the life story of the incest perpetrators as a unrefined but also must be interpreted in every speech and movement from the informants. These research results indicate that repression against the subject does not just stop at the level of language only, but rather the material of the body. Where the body is disciplined to be able to obedient with the existing social structure.
