STUDI KOORDINASI ANTARA RECLOSER M1-44-156 DAN FUSE CUT OUT M1-44-207-1 PADA PENYULANG SGN 4 SUTM 20 KV DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) AREA MAGELANG

Sistem jaringan distribusi 20 kV merupakan bagian dari sistem tenaga listrik yang sering mengalami gangguan baik gangguan secara temporer maupun permanen, sehingga untuk mengamankan sistem dan peralatan dari gangguan juga untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik kepada konsumen maka dibutuhkan suatu alat proteksi. Saluran Udara Tegangan Menengah (SUTM) 20 kV yang terdiri dari saluran utama dan saluran cabang masing-masing mempunyai alat proteksi. Recloser M1-44-156 sebagai salah satu alat proteksi yang bekerja dengan cara mendeteksi arus lebih melalui relay dipasang pada saluran utama penyulang SGN 4 zone 3. Fuse Cut Out (FCO) M1-44-207-1 sebagai salah satu alat proteksi yang bekerja dengan cara meleburkan fuse link sesuai dengan arus kerjanya dipasang pada saluran cabang M1-44-207 penyulang SGN 4. Dari kedua peralatan proteksi tersebut perlu adanya pengaturan koordinasi, sehingga dengan koordinasi yang baik ini akan meminimalisir luas wilayah padam akibat gangguan. Pengaturan koordinasi dilakukan dengan cara mengatur waktu kerja relay GFR recloser M1-44-156 berdasarkan perhitungan arus minimum gangguan saluran dan melakukan pemilihan tipe dan arus nominal fuse link FCO M1-44-207-1 yang tepat sesuai dengan kurva karakteristik waktu pemutusan yang dibutuhkan.

The protection of the equipment necessary for coordination arrangements, so that with good coordination will minimize the area of outages due to interference. Coordination arrangements done by regulating the working time relay GFR recloser M1-44-156 calculation based on minimum flow channel interference and make the selection of type and nominal current fuse link FCO M1-44-207-1 right in accordance with the characteristic curve disconnection time required.
