INTISARI Tugas Akhir ini mengambil topik Penerapan Sistem Pencatatan Persediaan Barang Dagang Sederhana Menggunakan Ms.Excel di Laboratorium Kewirausahaan (E-Mart Kwm) Departemen Ekonomika dan Bisnis Sekolah Vokasi UGM. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu membuat sistem pencatatan persediaan barang dagang di E-Mart KWM lebih jelas dan mudah digunakan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan fasilitas macro yang ada pada Microsoft Excel. Dalam penerapannya sistem berisi formulir barang masuk, barang keluar, dan stok atau basis data persediaan. Hasil analisis dan penerapan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini diperlukan oleh E-Mart KWM dan membawa dampak yang baik bagi sistem pencatatan barang dagang yaitu menjadi lebih jelas diketahui jumlah persediaan barang yang ada.

ABSTRACT This final project took "The Implementation of Simple Inventory Recording System Using Microsoft Excel in Entrepreneur Laboratory (E-Mart KWM) Department of Economics and Business Vocational College UGM" as the topic. The goal is to help creating a system of merchandise inventory recording at E-Mart KWM clearer and easier to use. This system is designed with a Microsoft Excel's facility, named macro. In the implementation of the system, it contains a form of incoming goods, goods out, and the stock or inventory database. The results of the analysis and the implementation of this system shows that the system is required by the E-Mart KWM and bring good impact on the system of merchandise recording, which become more clearly known the amount of inventory.
