Survei klaim merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam persyaratan pembayaran klaim asuransi bagi PT Jasa Raharja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan survei klaim tersebut. Sistem yang berkaitan dengan survei klaim yang digunakan oleh perusahaan adalah sistem pengeluaran kas persekot. Penerapan sistem pengeluaran kas persekot survei klaim pada perusahaan sangatlah penting, sehingga diperlukan analisis atas sistem tersebut untuk mengetahui apakah penerapannya sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem akuntansi pengeluaran kas persekot survei klaim serta menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan Sistem Pengeluran Kas Persekot Survei Klaim di PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui proses wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi langsung pada objek penelitian, dan dokumentasi pada data sekunder yang digunakan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem yang terhubung sangat baik dan sesuai dengan Standar Prosedur Operasi yang ditetapkan PT Jasa Raharja walaupun masih beberapa kelemahan seperti kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan tentang sistem aplikasi ERP Dynamic AX yang digunakan perusahaan dantidakteliti dalam validasi berkas.

The survey claims is one of the most important part in the requirements payment of insurance claims for Jasa Raharja Company. Therefore, needed a system that is concerned with the survey claims activities. The system that relating to the survey claims used by company is the system of cash outlays advance . Application of the system of advance cash expenditure survey claims on company very important, so that the necessary analysis of the system to find out if its application based on standard operating procedures set by the company, The purpose of this research to know the system of accounting cash advance the survey claims and analyzes the advantages and the lack of a system accounting cash advance accounting survey claims in company. The branch of Jasa Raharja Yogyakarta, methods that used in this research is by qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research through the process of interview with the speakers, direct observation of research at an object, and documentation on the secondary used. The results of the analysis from the reasearch is a system that connected really well and in accordance with standard procedure an operation that is assigned Jasa Raharja Company while there was weakness such as a lack of knowledge employees about The System Dynamic ERP application used the company and careless in the validation documents.
