DIMENSI ESTETIK SENI RUPA RUANG PUBLIK DI YOGYAKARTA RELEVANSINYA BAGI PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN SENI DI INDONESIA

Penelitian disertasi berjudul ‘Dimensi Estetik Seni Rupa Ruang Publik di Yogyakarta Relevansinya bagi Pengembangan Pendidikan Seni di Indonesia’ bertujuan mendeskripsikan hakikat karya Seni Rupa Ruang Publik di Yogyakarta dan dimensi-dimensi estetika yang terkadung didalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan untuk mendasari strategi pengembangan konsep pendidikan seni pada sekolah formal di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi pustaka dari sumber primer 5 buah buku dan 1 buah video dokumenter dan sumber sekunder dokumentasi video kliping, foto, katalog pameran, artikel, berita tentang karya dan kegiatan Seni Rupa Ruang Publik di Yogyakarta serta wawancara langsung kepada saksi gerakan Seni Rupa Ruang Publik. Objek material penelitian ini adalah karya Seni Rupa Ruang Publik di Yogyakarta dan objek formal berupa estetika Seni Rupa Ruang Publik di Yogyakarta. Data primer berupa uraian ide, ideologi, prinsip, sejarah dan platform, sedangkan data sekunder berupa uraian tentang rekonstruksi simbol dan bentuk karya seni, tema, teknik berkarya, medium dan ruang presentasi karya yang dideskripsikan secara gestalt. Data dianalisis dengan hermeneutika radikal dari Derrida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hakikat Seni Rupa Ruang Publik adalah karya seni rupa kontemporer yang dipengaruhi postmodernisme, (2) dimensi estetika komunitas Seni Rupa Ruang Publik adalah estetika bawah, estetika radikal, estetika paralogis, estetika juggernaut dan logika estetikanya, (3) prinsip penciptaan Seni Rupa Ruang Publik adalah kebebasan berkarya, memilih ruang pamer, menampilan dan medium karya, Relevansi hasil penelitian terhadap pengembangan kurikulum ialah: (1) dasar pendidikan seni adalah pendidikan estetika, (2) asas pembelajaran pendidikan seni adalah berekspresi bebas, diskoveri bersifat inspiratif-inovatif dan kreativitas (3) prinsip dimensi estetika yang dikembangkan dalam penciptaan adalah logika estetika berbasis estetika bawah, radikal, paralogis dan juggernaut dibawah kendali guru

Research dissertation entitled \\"Aesthetic Dimension Arts in Yogyakarta Relevance Public Sphere for Arts Education Development in Indonesia 'aims to describe the nature of the work of Visual Art and Public Sphere in Yogyakarta aesthetic dimensions terkadung therein. The results of this study are expected to underlie the development strategy concept art education in formal schools in Indonesia. This type of research is library research study of primary sources 5 books and 1 video documentary and secondary source documentation video clippings, photographs, exhibition catalogs, articles, news about the work and activities of Visual Art and Public Sphere in Yogyakarta direct interview to witness the movement Arts Public Sphere. Material object of this study is the work of Visual Art and Public Sphere in Yogyakarta formal object in the form of aesthetic Arts Public Sphere in Yogyakarta. The primary data of the description of ideas, ideologies, principles, history and platforms, while secondary data in the form of a description of the reconstruction of symbols and forms of artwork, theme, technique work, medium and Sphere presentation of the work described in gestalt method. Data were analyzed with radical hermeneutics of Derrida. The results showed that (1) the nature of Fine Arts Public Sphere is a work of contemporary art that influenced postmodernism, (2) the aesthetic dimension Arts Community Public Sphere is lower aesthetics, radical aesthetics, aesthetics paralogis, juggernauts aesthetics and aesthetic logic, (3) the principle of the creation of Public Sphere Art is freedom of work, choose showrooms, and displays the medium works, Match results of research on curriculum development are: (1) basic art education is aesthetic education, (2) learning the principles of art education is free expression, diskoveri are -inspiring innovative and creativity (3) principles developed in the aesthetic dimension of creation is a logic-based aesthetics aesthetics down, radical, and juggernauts paralogis under the control of the teacher.
