Pengukuran produktivitas parsial bahan baku di Pusat Geplak dan Peyek Tumpuk Asli Bantul digunakan untuk mengetahui kenaikan atau penurunan produktivitas tahun 2012 dan 2013. Selain itu berguna untuk mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi kenaikan atau penurunan produktivitas tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran produktivitas parsial bahan baku adalah metode rasio output input. Supaya produktivitas dapat diukur, langkah pertama yang dihitung menghitung output dan input bahan baku produk pada tahun 2012 dan 2013. Kemudian produktivitas parsial bahan baku dapat dihitung dengan cara output per input bahan baku. Hasil perhitungan tersebut akan dianalisa dengan membandingkan produktivitas dari tahun sebelumnya. Produk geplak mengalami penurunan produktivitas, sedangkan produk peyek tumpuk mengalami peningkatan produktivitas . Kata Kunci : Input, Output, Produktivitas Parsial
