Latar Belakang: Objective Structured Clinical Examination merupakan suatu metode untuk menguji kompetensi klinik secara objektif dan terstruktur dalam bentuk putaran station dengan waktu tertentu. OSCE di PSIK FK UGM dilaksanakan setiap 1 semester sekali. Sebanyak 45% mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa penilaian OSCE subyektif. Belum pernah diadakannya evaluasi yang sistematis dengan melibatkan mahasiswa PSIK FK UGM terhadap pelaksanaan OSCE. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan OSCE di PSIK FK UGM. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 341 mahasiswa PSIK FK UGM yang bersedia menjadi responden. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Instrumen Evaluasi OSCE yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil: Sebanyak 80,5% mahasiswa PSIK FK UGM menilai pelaksaan OSCE di PSIK FK UGM dengan penilaian cukup, indikator penilaian dinilai cukup (70,1%), kinerja penguji dinilai cukup (75,3%), kinerja pasien standar dinilai baik (76,6%), kinerja timer dinilai baik (55,8%), keadaan station dinilai cukup (77,9%). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar mahasiswa PSIK FK UGM menilai pelaksanaan OSCE dengan penilaian yang cukup.

Backgrounds: Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a method to objectively assess the clinical competence and structured in the form of round station at a certain time. OSCE in Nursing Study Program Medicine Faculty GMU held once every 1 semester. During this implementation as many as 45% of students stated that the OSCE assessment is subjective. There has never been a systematic evaluation about the implementation of OSCE that involve students of Nursing Medicine Faculty GMU. Aim: This research aims to determine student’s perceptions about the implementation of the OSCE in Nursing Study Program. Methods: This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research design was cross-sectional. The sample was 341 students of Nursing who were willing to be respondents. The instrument used was the OSCE Evaluation Instrument made by the researchers. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Results: As many as 80,5% Students of Nursing Study Program assess the implementation of the OSCE in Nursing Study Program sufficiently, indicators assessment has been assess sufficently (70,1), performance of the examiner has been assess sufficiently (75,3%), performance of standardized patient and timer has been assess with a good assessment (76,6% and 55,8%), condition of the has been assess sufficiently (77,9%).
