Sistem pengaman untuk mendeteksi keberadaan masinis di cabin, dinamakan deadman. Alat ini mengharuskan masinis untuk menginjak atau menekan dan melepaskan dalam waktu yang telah di tentukan. Hasil analisa di lapangan fungsi alat masih kurang efektif untuk menghindari kecelakaan, dan bisa membuat kinerja masinis cepat lelah. Oleh karena itu dirancang mekanisme semi otomatis penginjak deadman untuk mengantikan tugas masinis sehingga mengurangi laju lelah masinis. Sistem untuk menghentikan kereta pada saat darurat dinamakan emergency system, sistem ini hanya boleh dijalankan ketika situasi benar-benar darurat atau besifat emergency. Sistem ini dikendalikan oleh switch emergency yang diletakan di kanan dan kiri Driver desk , hal ini dilakukan agar tombol ini mudah diraih dalam keadaan darurat. Kedua sistem ini disuplai dari System Power Source 24 VDC dan di aktifkan oleh System Cabin Selection.

Safety system to detect the presence of masinis in cabin, called deadman. This tool requires the driver to step on or press and release in a time that has been set. Analysis results on the pitch function is less effective tool to avoid accidents, and can make a tired driver performance. Therefor semi-automatic mechanism deadman step on is designed to replace the masinis tasks thus reducing the rate of masinis fatigue. System to stop the train in an emergency called emergency system, this system should only be run when the situation truly emergency. This system is controlled by the emergency switch is placed in the right and left drivers desk, this is done so that the buttons are easy to reach in an emergency. The second system is supplied from the System Power Source 24 VDC and is enabled by the System Cabin Selection.
