PERSENTASE KARKAS DAN NON KARKAS KAMBINGBLIGONJANTANYANG DIBERI PAKAN KOMPLIT FERMENTASI Mahfud Risnansyah 09/285493/PT/05735 INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian fermentasi complete feed berbasis pakan lokal terhadap persentase karkas dan non karkas kambing Bligon jantan dengan umur rata-rata 8 bulan dengan bobot potong 16,50�±0,47 untuk R0 dan 15,20�±1,94 untuk R1. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah ransum R0 yang merupakan pakan kontrol dari pakan konvensional, ransum R1 yang merupakan completefeed dari sumber pakan lokal dengan waktu fermentasi selama 2 minggu. Komposisi ransum completefeed terdiri dari daun gamal 20%, tebon jagung 20%, kulit jagung 3%, ketela pohon 6%, daun jati 3%, batang pisang 12%, pollard 6%, dedak padi 3%, mineral 0,29%, molasses 1,20%, Biofit 0,01% dan air 25,50%. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain meliputi bobot potong, berat karkas, persentase karkas, berat non karkas total dan persentase non karkas (darah, kepala, kaki, kulit, jantung, hati, paru-paru, saluran pencernaan, dan limpa). Data dianalisis menggunakan independent samples T-Test, dengan software personal komputer SPSS 19.Bobot potong, berat karkas, persentase karkas dan berat non karkas total R0 dan R1 secara berurutan yaitu(16,50�±0,47kg;15,20�±1,94kg), (6,32�±0,07kg;5,51�±0,73kg), (38,33�±0,77%;36,22�±1,25%) dan (5,22�±0,18kg;4,63�±0,25kg).Persentase non karkas (darah, kepala, kaki, kulit, jantung, hati, paru-paru, saluran pencernaan, dan limpa) R0 dan R1 secara berurutan masing-masing adalah (4,73�±0,53% ; 5,57�±0,51%), (7,79�±0,32%;7,81�±0,67%), (3,45�±0,36%;3,11�±0,23%), (7,31�±1,10%;5,74�±0,89%), (0,56�±0,06%;0,52�±0,08%), (2,39�±0,17%;2,69�±0,60%), (1,26�±0,07%;1,09�±0,18%), (3,70�±0,63%;3,83�±0,89%) dan (0,41�±0,03%;0,30�±0,06%). Pakan R1 memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap persentase paru-paru. Pakan R1 tidak berbeda nyata terhadap bobot potong, berat karkas, persentase karkas, berat non karkas total dan persentase non karkas (darah, kepala, kaki, kulit, jantung, hati, saluran pencernaan, dan limpa).

PRESENTATION CARCASS AND NON CARCASS OF MALE BLIGONGOATSWITH FERMENTED COMPLETE FEEDS Mahfud Risnansyah 09/285493/PT/05735 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of fermentation complete feed of local feed resource on the carcass and non carcass male Bligon goat who has sex with an average age of 8 months with the weight cut to R0 16.50�±0.47 and 15.20�±1.94 for R1. Ration treatments were R0 which was a control diet of conventional feed, ration R1 which was a complete feed of local feed resources with fermentation time for 2 weeks. Composition of complete feed ration composed of 20% gliricidia leaves, tebon 20%, corn husk 3%, 6% cassava, teak leaves 3%, 12% banana stems, pollard 6%, 3% rice bran, minerals 0,29%, molasses 1.20%, biofit 0.01% and 25.50% water. The variables observed in this study include the following weight cut, carcass weight, carcass percentage, weight non carcass total and non carcass percentage (blood, head, feet, skin, heart, liver, lungs, digestive tract, and spleen). Data were analyzed using independent samples T-test, with the personal computer software SPSS 19.Slaughter weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, weight and percentage of total non-carcassesR0 and R1 were continuous was(16,50�±0,47kg;15,20�±1,94kg), (6,32�±0,07kg;5,51�±0,73kg), (38,33�±0,77%;36,22�±1,25%) and (5,22�±0,18kg;4,63�±0,25kg). Non-carcass percentage (blood, head, feet, skin, heart, liver, lungs, digestive tract, and spleen) R0 and R1 were continuous was(4,73�±0,53%;5,57�±0,51%), (7,79�±0,32%;7,81�±0,67%), (3,45�±0,36%;3,11�±0,23%), (7,31�±1,10%;5,74�±0,89%), (0,56�±0,06%; 0,52�±0,08%), (2,39�±0,17%;2,69�±0,60%), (1,26�±0,07%;1,09�±0,18%), (3,70�±0,63%;3,83�±0,89%) and (0,41�±0,03%;0,30�±0,06%). Feed R1 significant effect (P < 0.05) the percentage of the lung. Feed R1 was not significantly different to cut weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, weight and percentage of total non-carcass and non-carcass (blood, head, feet, skin, heart, liver, digestive tract, and spleen).
