Tugas akhir merupakan salah satu syarat untuk menentukan kelulusan seorang mahasiswa. Setiap mahasiswa memiliki dosen pembimbing yang dapat ditemui untuk melakukan bimbingan mengenai pengerjaan tugas akhir. Mahasiswa diberi kesempatan untuk bertemu dan berkonsultasi dengan dosen pembimbing pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Namun, terkadang kesibukan yang dialami oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa membuat keduanya tidak dapat menghadiri bimbingan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah dijanjikan, hal tersebut menjadi suatu permasalahan yang dapat menunda proses bimbingan dan pengerjaan tugas akhir. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem berbasis web dimana mahasiswa dan dosen dapat melakukan komunikasi layaknya bimbingan tugas akhir sehari-hari, namun dapat dilakukan secara online. Mahasiswa dapat mengunggah link dokumen tugas akhir dan dosen dapat melihat atau mengedit dokumen tersebut. Selain itu, mahasiswa dan dosen dapat saling menambahkan komentar tentang suatu dokumen. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter, basis data MySQL, dan Google Drive. Sistem ini memiliki fitur penambahan dokumen dengan link URL, fitur untuk menambahkan komentar, fitur menambah, mengedit, dan menghapus data pengguna dan bimbingan, fitur pemilihan dosen pembimbing, dan fitur cetak kartu bimbingan.

The final assignment is one of the requirements for determining student graduation. Each student has a supervisor (lecturer) who can be found to undertake the supervision of the final project. Students are given the opportunity to meet and consult with the supervisor at a predetermined time. However, sometimes the workload experienced by lecturers and students make them not able to attend in promised time, it becomes a problem that can delay the supervision process, and the final project. Based on these problems, there is a need to build a web-based system where students and lecturer can communicate like usual supervision, but can be done online. Students can upload documents link and lecturer can view or edit the document. In addition, students and lecturer are able to add comments about a document. This information system is built using PHP, CodeIgniter framework, MySQL database, and Google Drive. This system have features such as post URL link documents, feature to add comments, feature add, edit, and delete data, feature for the supervisor (lecturer) election, and supervision card printing features.
