PENERAPAN NORMA KERJA PADA PERUSAHAAN PT.EAGLE GLOVE INDONESIA

Dalam setiap pembentukan suatu bangunan struktur sosial yang bernama masyarakat,maka selalu akan dibutuhkan hukum. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu aturan yang mengatur setiap anggota dalam masyarakat.Maka dibuatlah aturan yang disebut dengan norma. Dengan adanya norma tersebut setiap anggota masyarakat dengan sadar atau tidak sadar akan terpengaruh dan menekan kehendak pribadinya. Sehingga tercapailah tujuan bersama dalam masyarakat, termasuk di dalam suatu perusahaan. Untuk mendapatkan izin mendirikan perusahaan, telah diatur dalam Peraturan Perundangan Tentang Ketenagakerjaan bahwa suatu perusahaan harus memenuhi standar tertentu sesuai dengan yang telah diatur. Oleh karena itu, peninjauan penerapan norma kerja dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan hal pokok yang harus dilakukan. Hal ini yang menyebabkan penulis ingin mengulas tentang bagaimana penerapan norma kerja dalam suatu perusahaan itu sendiri. Praktik Kerja Lapangan bertujuan untuk memenuhi syarat kelulusan Program Diploma III Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada serta mengembangkan ketrampilan dan rasa tanggung jawab penulis pada dunia kerja nyata. Manfaat Praktik Lapangan itu sendiri adalah penulis dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu yang didapat diperkuliahan ke dalam praktik dunia kerja nyata. PT Eagle Glove Indonesia telah berdiri sejak tahun 1994 merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konveksi (Sarung Tangan). Berbagai penghargaan telah diraih. Hal ini tentunya berkat sistem dan ketertiban perusahaan pada seluruh aturan yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan sehingga menghasilkan keselarasan antara pemerintah dan seluruh bagian perusahaan itu sendiri serta penerapan norma kerja yang baik.

In every establishment of social structure building called society, the Law is always being needed to manage every person in the society. That is why something named \\"norms\\" are finally made. Norms can bring the influence to the people to push up their personal desire either conscuously or unconsciously. In that way, the common goal in the society will be managed to accomplish. This is also can be applied in the firms. To be able to get the permit of setting up the company, there's a need to comply the certain standards that had been set on the employment bills. In that case, the review for the application of a labor norms in a company become a very important thing to do. According to this issue, the author would like to asses how the labor norms applied in a company The purposes of fieldwork practice are to comply the graduation requirement of diploma law majoring in Gajah mada university. And also to develope the skill and responsibility in the real work world. The benefit for the author is to implement what the author had been obtain during the college to the real world. PT Eagle Glove Indonesia which had been established in 1994 is one of the biggest glove convection factory. Many kinds of awards had been achieved by thus company. They got all of the awards for its dicipline to obey all the employment rules and bills. And it has been bringing the government respect to the company.
