PENGELOLAAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR DALAM PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN QUEST HOTEL SOLO DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT PROJECT

Quest Hotel Solo termasuk kategori dari high rise building, karena ketinggiannya kurang lebih 76,650 m atau lebih dari persyaratan high rise building yaitu 24 m, dengan jumlah lantai sebanyak 22 lantai dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas ballroom dan swimming pool. Pelaksanaan proyek ini menggunakan strategi material yang sudah terfabrikasi, seperti menggunakan material wiremesh dan bekisting lico, gunanya agar pekerjaan lebih cepat terselesaikan terutama pekerjaan struktur, dan juga agar lebih efisien. Penggunaan Microsoft Project disini untuk mengelola waktu dari setiap pekerjaan yang ada, terutama pekerjaan struktur, supaya proyek mampu selesai tepat waktu dan memenuhi target yang direncanakan. Karena adanya keterlambatan pada material yang datang, serta tenaga yang kurang memadai, membuat schedule dan pekerjaan struktur mengalami kemunduran. Pada progress bulanan, target pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan sebesar 41,823% sedangkan dari realisasi lapangan adalah 37,666%. Keterlambatan terlihat pada pekerjaan struktur di lapangan, seharusnya sampai saat ini pekerjaan struktur sudah mencapai lantai 11, sedangkan pekerjaan struktur sampai saat ini masih pada lantai 9. Beberapa cara juga dilakukan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi, salah satunya adalah dengan menambah jam kerja atau menambah waktu kerja (lembur). Pekerja yang kurang berkualitas juga diganti dengan tenaga pekerja lain yang lebih terlatih atau berpengalaman dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan struktur.

Delay seen in the structure of work in the field, this job was supposed to date the structure has reached the 11th floor, while the structure of the work is still on the floor 9. Some ways are also made to overcome delays, one of which is to increase the working hours or increase working time (overtime). Less qualified workers is replaced with other workforce training or experience in doing the job structure.
