Saat ini teknologi informasi semakin berkembang pesat terlebih dengan adanya internet yang dapat menyebarkan informasi dengan cepat. Informasi di kampus berupa pengumuman dapat menunjang kehidupan mahasiswa. Pada papan pengumuman, informasi tersebut ditempel pada papan pengumuman yang tesedia sesuai dengan masa berlakunya sehingga bila sudah habis masanya, pengumuman tersebut tidak akan tertempel lagi. Sedangkan bila tidak ada ruang kosong yang cukup, pengumuman tersebut harus menunggu pengumuman lain selesai masa berlakunya untuk tertempel di papan pengumuman. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu menampilkan dan menyebarkan pengumuman kampus Komputer dan Sistem Informasi (KOMSI) Sekolah Vokasi (SV) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) dengan efektif. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan framework PHP Laravel. Sedangkan untuk menangani basis data digunakan MySQL. Hasil dari sistem informasi yang berjudul Papan Pengumuman Online KOMSI SV UGM ini berupa pengumuman yang terorganisir berdasarkan jenisnya, batas waktu berlakuknya pengumuman, user pengunggah pengumuman dan pengolahan pengumuman oleh user-user yang telah terdaftar. User yang terdaftar dikategorikan menjadi 4 macam yaitu, admin, operator, pengajar dan pengurus HIMAKOMSI.

Nowadays, the development of information technology is getting bigger and internet makes information spreads faster and wider. Campus’ notice board is able to support student in daily campus life. Information which is displayed in the notice board, are based on time limit of the notice itself. If the time limit is up, the notices will not be longer exist. Hence, if there is no space for displaying them, the other notices have to wait the notice which is attached in notice board until it disappeared. Therefore, it is needed an information system which can display and spreads the notices of Komputer dan Sistem Informasi (KOMSI) Sekolah Vokasi (SV) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) effectively. The notice board online is implemented using Laravel PHP framework, MySQL as database management. The outputs of this information system provide notices which are well organized by information type, time limit, users, and management notice data. Registered users are classified into 4 levels. There are admin, operator, lecturers/instructor (pengajar) and HIMAKOMSI member (pengurus HIMAKOMSI).
