Dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini Penulis memang sengaja memilih tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan di Lasdin Wlas, S.H & Associates yang beralamat di Jalan Prof. Herman Yohannes, Sagan Timur, No 43, dikarenakan Advokat Lasdin Wlas merupakan salah satu Dosen di Diploma 3 Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada, sehingga beliau dapat lebih memahami konsep dan jenis pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan di dalam Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang penulis laksanakan. Selain itu Advokat Lasdin Wlas, S.H adalah termasuk Advokat senior yang telah berkecimpung dalam profesi advokat dari mulai Tahun 1964, sehingga penulis rasa akan banyak ilmu dan pengalaman yang dapat diberikan kepada Mahasiswanya. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini Penulis mengangkat perkara penggelapan barang bukti oleh penyelidik kepolisian, karena menurut penulis ini sanagt menarik karena sangat erat kaitannya dengan pembunuhan wartawan bernas bernama Udin yang belum terungkap sampai sekarang . Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis menganalisis putusan pengadilan atas penggelapan barang bukti oleh penyelidik kepolisian yang isinya mencakup penjelasan sejarah peradilan militer di Indonesia mulai sebelum kemerdekaan sampai sekarang, penjelasan secara umum tentang putusan pengadilan , kronologi kasus penggelapan barang bukti oleh penyelidik kepolisian, analisis penulis terhadap jalannya persidangan, analisis penulis mengenai putusan yang di jatuhkan hakim, serta perkembangan perkara tersebut pada saat ini.

Additionally Advocate Lasdin Wlas , S.H is included senior advocate who has been in the profession of advocate began in 1964 , so I think it would be a lot of knowledge and experience which can be given to His students . In this final project embezzlement case raised by the evidence of police investigation , according to the authors of this case because it is very closely related to the murder of journalist pithy named Udin , which has not been revealed until now . In this thesis the author will discuss the analysis of the authors of the decision on the case of embezzlement of evidence by the investigators , which includes a description of the judicial history of the Indonesian military began before independence until now , an explanation of the court's decision , the case chronology evidence of fraud by police investigators , as well as the author of the decision of the case analysis , the analysis of the trial , as well as the current condition of the case.
