Proyek Sentra Pembinaan Olahraga Terpadu (SPOrT) Jawa Barat Arcamanik Bandung merupakan salah satu proyek di PT. PP (Persero) Cab.IV yang menggunakan metode precast pada pembangunan strukturnya yang awalnya direncanakan menggunakan metode konvensional dengan harapan dapat mempercepat pelaksanaan. Tujuan dari laporan magang ini adalah memahami secara detail metode pelaksanaan pemasangan tribun precast dari proses produksi sampai finishing, membandingkan antara pelaksanaan di proyek dengan standar SNI yang berlaku di Indonesia. Ruang lingkup laporan magang ini mencakup metode pelaksanaan tribun precast. Metodologi penyusunan laporannya sendiri menggunakan beberapa pendekatan seperti studi pustaka, metode wawancara, metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan yang dibahas dalam laporan magang ini adalah tinjauan pekerjaan tribun precast dimulai dari produksi beton precast yang menggunakan cetak plat baja, pengiriman precast dari tempat produksi sampai ke proyek dengan menggunakan flatbed truck, pemasangan tribun precast dari penginstalan sampai pengelasan dan terakhir adalah fishing tribun precast. Kesimpulan dari laporan magang ini adalah dengan menggunakan beton precast, dapat diperoleh mutu beton yang baik karena saat pembuatannya diawasi dan dikontrol dengan ketat dan juga dapat mempercepat pekerjaan selain itu juga terdapat beberapa pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan SNI 03-2847-2002 dan SNI 03-1729-2002 serta value engineeringnya.

Center of Integrated Sports Development Project (Sport) Arcamanik Bandung West Java is one of the projects in PT. PP (Persero) Cab.IV which uses the method in the construction of precast structure that was originally planned to use conventional methods, hoping to speed up the implementation. The purpose of this internship report is to understand in detail the method of implementation of the tribune installation of precast production process to finishing, comparing with the project implementation in the applicable ISO standards in Indonesia. The scope of this internship report covers the implementation of the tribune precast method. Own report preparation methodology using several approaches such as literature review, interviews, observation and documentation methods. Implementation discussed in this internship report is a review of the work of the stands began precast concrete precast production using steel printing plate, precast shipments from the production site to the project by using a flatbed truck, installation of precast stands up welding and final installation was fishing stands precast. Conclusion of the internship report is to use precast concrete, concrete quality can be obtained either because the time of manufacture strictly monitored and controlled and can also speed up the work in addition, there are also some jobs that are not in accordance with SNI 03- 2847-2002 and SNI 03 - 1729-2002 as well as the value engineeringnya.
