Perkembangan teknologi pada dunia konstruksi di Indonesia ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya inovasi yang digunakan dalam proses konstruksi. Salah satu contoh aplikasi teknologi pada proses konstruksi adalah teknologi cetakan beton (bekisting). Pada awalnya, proses pengecoran beton dilakukan secara konvensional. Saat ini banyak digunakan bekisting prafabrikasi yang diproduksi langsung oleh produsen dengan berbagai merk. Tujuan dari pembuatan laporan magang ini adalah agar mahasiswa dapat mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pemasangan dan pembongkaran bekisting, dan sistem yang digunakan untuk bekisting kolom tidak hanya sistem konvensional, tetapi juga menggunakan sistem bekisting prafabrikasi (Rizky), perbedaan kedua sistem baik dari segi material dan alat tetapi juga metode pelaksanaannya. Pembahasan dalam laporan magang ini adalah metode pelaksanaan bekisting kolom, balok dan pelat lantai. Untuk kolom menggunakan dua sistem bekisting yaitu sistem konvensional dan sistem Rizky. Bekisting sistem Rizky diproduksi langsung oleh produsen. Untuk pemasangannya sistem Rizky menggunakan bantuan alat berat tower crane. Kesimpulan dari laporan magang ini adalah bekisting sistem Rizky lebih praktis dan cepat dibandingkan dengan bekisting sistem konvensional, karena dalam pemasangan dan pembongkarannya menggunakan waktu lebih singkat dan menghasilkan kolom lebih banyak daripada konvensional.

Technological developments in the world of construction in Indonesia is marked by the increasing number of innovations are used in the construction process. One example of the application of technology in the construction process is technology concrete mold (formwork). At first, the concrete casting done conventionally. Currently widely used formwork prefabricated manufactured directly by the manufacturer with a variety of brands. The objective of this internship report is that students can learn methods of mounting and dismantling formwork implementation, and systems used for column formwork system not only conventional, but also using prefabricated formwork system (Rizky), differences in the two systems in terms of both materials and tools but also methods of implementation. The discussion in this internship report is the method of implementation of formwork columns, beams and floor slabs. For column formwork system that uses two conventional systems and Rizky system. Rizky sistem formwork produced directly by the manufacturer. Rizky system for installation using heavy equipment tower crane assistance. Conclusion of the internship report is a formwork system Rizky more practical and faster than conventional formwork system, because in the installation and use its demolition shorter time and generate more columns than conventional.
