PENTINGNYA PELAYANAN TOUR LEADER DALAM KEGIATAN OPERASIONAL DI BIRO PERJALANAN WISATA “HERY TOUR”

Dalam melakukan perjalanan wisata, salah satu diantara komponen jasa dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan wisatawan adalah Tour Leader. Berbagai komponen yang dimaksud harus merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak boleh ada yang melemah satu diantaranya, karena akan mengakibatkan melemahnya pengaturan pelaksanaan perjalanan wisata. Terutama hadirnya Tour Leader, ia terlibat dalam kegiatan tour untuk membuat para wisatawan merasa puas atas apa yang telah mereka bayar. Salah satunya kepuasaan akan akomodasi, transportasi dan juga termasuk pelayanan Tour Leader dalam kegiatan operasional. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya seorang Tour Leader harus dibekali dengan kemampuan dan kepribadian yang dapatmenunjang pekerjaan dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai Tour Leader. Bukan hanya itu dalam memimpin wisatawan perlu adanya etika untuk dijadikan sebagai landasan atau pedoman yang harus ditaati dalam bertugas. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang seberapa penting pengaruh pelayanan seorang Tour Leader dalam mendampingi wisatawan saat berwisata. Dengan tujuan untuk mengukur pentingnya pelayanan tersebut dalam mewujudkan kepuasan wisatawan dan mengetahui sejauh mana wisatawan mengetahui arti Tour Leader beserta peranannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Biro perjalanan wisata Hery Tour dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan data secara observasi, wawancara, pemberian angket, studi pustaka beserta analisi data. Tour Leader bukan hanya sekedar mendampingi wisatawan juga harus mampu melayani kebutuhan akan wisatawannya. Pelayanan yang dimaksud bukan hanya melayani di saat tour, namun pelayanan disini diartikan bahwa Tour Leader tersebut harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dan bersikap profesional agar dapat membuat wisatawan puas telah apa yang mereka bayarkan dan mendapat kenangan setelah program wisata selesai. Untuk itu agar wisatawan merasa puas akan hadirnya Tour Leader, Biro perjalanan wisata Hery Tour selalu mendidik Tour Leadernya agar mampu bersaing dan berkompeten. Tidak hanya itu sistem kerja dan etika dari Tour Leader juga diperhatikan karena penunjang kepuasan wisatawan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dan kepribadian Tour Leader itu sendiri.

In doing tourist trips, one among components needed services and tourist facilities are Tour Leader. Final Project is about how important the influence of a Tour Leader service in assisting travelers when traveling. With the aim to measure the importance of these services in achieving the satisfaction of tourists and travelers know the extent of knowing the meaning of Tour Leader and its role. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Hery Tour and travel using the observation method of data collection, interviews, questionnaire administration, along with the literature data analysis. Tour Leader is not just accompany travelers should also be able to serve the needs of travelers there. Service is not just serve in during the tour, but the service here means that the Tour Leader must be able to adapt and be professional in order to create satisfied travelers have what they paid and got the memories after the tour program finishes. For travelers it is satisfied that the presence Tour Leader, Hery Tour tourist Travel agency always educate Tour leader, in order to compete and competent. Not only was the system and the work ethic of the Tour Leader is also noted for supporting tourist satisfaction is influenced by the ability and personality of it's own Tour Leader.
