EVALUASI BIAYA PENGIRIMAN PRODUK NATA DECOCO DI CV. AGRINDO SUPRAFOOD

CV. Agrindo Suprafood adalah salah satu industri yang mengolah air buah kelapa menjadi Nata de Coco. Lokasi CV. Agrindo Suprafood berada di daerah Kretek Jambidan Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. CV. Agrindo Suprafood melakukan pengiriman produknya ke beberapa tempat. Dibutuhkan biaya pengiriman yang berbeda - beda untuk setiap daerahnya, dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap biaya pengiriman produk digunakan tiga variabel yakni biaya transportasi (bahan bakar), biaya makan dan upah crew driver. Pola distribusi yang digunakan industri adalah pola distribusi langsung , dari produsen langsung kepada konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perbandingan yang muncul antara perhitungan industri dengan perhitungan teoritis. Biaya distribusi secara industri yang dibutuhkan untuk pengiriman dari perusahaan menuju Pati sebesar Rp 600.000 ,00 sedangkan perhitungan secara teoritis sebesar Rp 480.955 ,48. Biaya distribusi secara industri yang dibutuhkan untuk pengiriman dari industri menuju Sidoarjo sebesar Rp 900.000 ,00 sedangkan perhitungan secara teoritis hanya dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 829.718 ,42. Untuk biaya distribusi secara industri yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pengiriman menuju Banjarmasin sebesar Rp 1.000.000 ,00 sedangkan untuk perhitungan secara teori hanya dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 81.424 ,48. Perhitungan secara teoritis mampu menghemat biaya distribusi yang dibutuhkan untuk setiap pengiriman ke lokasi distribusi. Pati sebesar Rp 119.004 ,52; Sidoarjo sebesar Rp 70.081 ,58; dan Banjarmasin (Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak) sebesar Rp 81.424 ,78.

Calculations are theoretically capable of saving distribution costs required for each shipment to the distribution location.
