PENGARUH PELATIHAN KOMPETENSI KERJA TIM TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS TIM PROYEK DI SUATU LSM

Penelitian action research ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan kompetensi kerja tim terhadap efektivitas tim proyek di organisasi RA. Efektivitas tim pada tim proyek dipilih sebagai variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, karena efektivitas tim merupakan penanda kontribusi tim proyek terhadap efektivitas organisasi yang membentuknya. Pelatihan kompetensi kerja tim dipilih sebagai perlakuan dalam penelitian ini, karena penguasaan kompetensi-kompetensi tingkat individu dalam konsep kompetensi kerja tim oleh anggota tim diduga berdampak terhadap efektivitas tim. Anggota tim yang menguasai kompetensi kerja tim akan berkontribusi pada pembentukan sinergi dalam tim. Sinergi dalam tim menggerakkan kerja tim dan akhirnya mengarahkan tim pada keefektifannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-experiment dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Alat ukur penelitian ini adalah Skala Efektivitas Tim dan Skala Penguasaan Kompetensi Kerja Tim. Skala Efektivitas Tim digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas tim proyek yang dimiliki peserta pelatihan, dimana hasil pengukurannya menjadi dasar pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Skala Penguasaan Kompetensi Kerja Tim digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan kompetensi kerja tim oleh peserta pelatihan, dimana hasil pengukurannya menjadi dasar cek manipulasi terhadap perlakuan yang dikenakan kepada peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) adanya selisih rerata pretest dan posttest di kelompok eksperimen sebesar 7,06, (2) adanya peningkatan kategori efektivitas tim, (3) adanya perubahan hasil pengukuran efektivitas tim pada hampir setiap peserta pelatihan, (4) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan tingkat signifikansi α = 5%; Nilai Zhitung = -3.345< Ztabel = -1,96; Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05, yang mengarah pada diterimanya hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil-hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian terbukti, yaitu terdapat perbedaan efektivitas tim pada tim proyek yang diikuti peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pelatihan kompetensi kerja tim.

This action research study is aimed to look at the influence of teamwork competency training to the effectiveness of project team at RA organization. The effectiveness of project team is selected as the dependent variable of this study, because team effectiveness is the measurement of project team’s contribution to the effectiveness of the organization that established it. Teamwork competency training is selected as the treatment on this study, because the mastery of individual competencies in the concept of teamwork competencies is believed to have an impact on the team effectiveness. Team members who master the teamwork competency will contribute on the formation of team’s synergy. Team’s synergy moves the teamwork, and finally directs the team to its effectiveness. This research is using the quasi-experiment design with a one group pretestposttest design. Measuring instruments of this study are The Team Effectiveness Scale and The Teamwork Competencies Mastery Scale. Team Effectiveness Scale is used to measure the effectiveness of the project team that belongs to the trainees, where the measurement results became the basis of this research’s hypothesis testing. Teamwork Competencies Mastery Scale is used to measure the trainee’s mastery on teamwork competency, where the measurement results became the basis of the manipulation check on the treatment that is given to the participants. The research results show that there is (1) differentiation in the mean point of experimental group’s pretest and posttest at 7.06, (2) an increase on team effectiveness category, (3) a change in the result of team effectiveness measurement on almost each trainee, (4) a fact that the 95% confidence level and the α = 5% significance level; Zhitung = -3345
