ANALISA PERAWATAN UNIT PEMBANGKITAN GRESIK UNIT III DENGAN METODE RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) merupakan suatu konsep dasar perawatan terhadap peralatan yang didalamnya menggunakan Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dan Logic Tree Analysis (LTA). Metode RCM adalah salah satu bentuk manajemen perawatan yang berbasis kehandalan sistem. Dari analisis kehandalan dihasilkan beberapa komponen kritis diantaranya; Kondenser (MAG), Main Oil Tank (MAV), Make up Water System (LAX), Economizer System (LAC), Boiler Frame (HBA), Circulating Water Pump 3A (PAC1), dan PLTU Clp 3/4-Hypo. Dosing Pump (PUN).. Dari penghitungan kehandalan berdasarkan down time nilai laju kehandalannya adalah 6,6138 x 10-5 kegagalan/jam dengan MTTF sebesar 15120 jam. Hasil analisis RCM didapatkan aktifitas perawatan yang lebih proporsional berupa on-condition task, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task, failure finding task, redisign is compulsary dan no scheduled maintenance. Selain itu juga diperoleh beberapa aktifitas yang ada tidak perlu dicantumkan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan perawatan, karena tidak berpengaruh pada fungsi dan unjuk kerja peralatan.

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a maintenance basic concept of equipment that includes Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Logic Tree Analysis (LTA). RCM method is one form of reliability-based maintenance management system. Reliability analysis produced several critical components such as; Condenser (MAG), Main Oil Tank (MAV), Make up water system (LAX), Economizer System (LAC), Boiler Frame (HBA), Circulating Water Pump 3A (PAC1), dan PLTU Clp 3/4-Hypo. Dosing Pump (PUN). Calculations of reliabilty based on down time data, value of system reliability rate is 6.6138 x 10-5 failures/hour with a MTTF of 15,120 hours. The result of analysis of RCM gains the more proportional activity of maintenance by shapes of on-condition tasks, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task, failure finding task, redisign is compulsary dan no scheduled maintenance. In addition it gains that current activity is not worth to enclose as the part of maintenance activities, on the ground it has no influence to the function and performance of working equipment.
