Akses koordinat lokasi dengan teknologi GPS berbasis SMS

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah perangkat lunak akses koordinat lokasi dengan mengintegrasikan Teknologi GPS dengan SMS Gateway dengan database menggunakan MySQL. Perangkat lunak ini memiliki kemampuan mendapatkan koordinat lokasi (Point of Interest) dari GPS Receiver secara real time, mengirimkan permintaan keterangan lokasi menggunakan fasilitas SMS kepada Server SMS Gateway dan mampu menampilkan balasan SMS berupa informasi lokasi. Penelitian ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk semua bidang, misalnya: jasa transportasi,menyediakan layanan informasi alamat yang dicari, untuk pencarian obyek penting sesuai kebutuhan user, untuk Navigasi Darat dan tindakan preventif untuk mengetahui keamanan suatu daerah.Memperhitungkan real-time pengiriman dan penerimaan informasi beberapa detik. Menggunakan asumsi bahwa dalam rentang waktu tersebut pergerakan obyek berada dalam batas toleransi ketelitian posisi. Penulis melakukan penelitian untuk dua arah yaitu pengguna (user) dan penyedia data layanan informasi (server).

This research aims to build an access software location coordinates by integrating GPS technology with SMS Gateway by using the MySQL database. This software has the ability to get the coordinates of the location (Point of Interest) from the GPS receiver in real time, sends the location information request using the SMS facility to the server and SMS Gateway SMS replies capable of displaying location information.This research could be used for all fields, for example: transportation services, providing services that address the information sought, the search for important objects according to user needs, for Land Navigation and preventive action to determine the security of a region. Take into account real-time transmission and reception of information a few seconds. Using the assumption that in the meantime the movement of an object is in the position accuracy tolerance limits. The author did research for two directions of the user (the user) and provider of information services data (server).
