Analisis ekspor kakao Indonesia ke Singapura dan Amerika Serikat

Kakao merupakan komoditi ekspor non migas berasal dari sub sektor perkebunan yang diharapkan mempunyai nilai ekspor tinggi sebagai pemghasil devisa bagi negara. Penelitian ini bertujiuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan ekspor kakao Indonesia di negara Singapura dan Amerika Serikat dan mengetahui perkembangan (trend) ekspor kakao Indonesia dalam kurun waktu (tahun 1985 – 2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan kategori sumber data sekunder yang berupa data time series dari tahun 1985 – 2005. Data yang dipergunakan berupa data ekspor impor produk kakao yang meliputi volume ekspor kakao, harga ekspor kakao, GDP dan populasi negara pengimpor (Singapura dan Amerika Serikat), Nilai Tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika dalam rentang waktu penelitian, harga kakao domestik, harga kakao dunia, produksi negara Ghana serta harga ekspor kopi arabika dan kopi robusta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa permintaan akan ekspor kakao Indonesia ke Singapura dipengaruhi oleh harga ekspor kakao, harga kakao di pasar dunia, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar, harga kopi arabika dan robusta, produksi negara pesaing (Ghana), harga domestik , pendapatan perkapita (GDP) dan populasi. Sedangkan permintaan ekspor kakao ke Amerika serikat dipengaruhi oleh harga kakao dunia, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar, harga kopi arabika , harga kopi robusta, dan harga domestik. Untuk faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi adalah harga ekspor kakao, produksi negara Ghana, pendapatan perkapita dan populasi. Kajian trend volume ekspor kakao Indonesia menunjukkan trend peningkatan volume ekspor ke kedua negara tersebut walaupun kecenderungannya kecil.

Cocoa is a commodity export nonmigas comes from the plantation subsector is expected to have high export value as foreign exchange for the country. This research to find out the factors that affect demand export cocoa beans in the country of Indonesia to Singapure and the United States and know the (trend) Indonesia cocoa export in the period (1985 – 2005). This research using descriptive analysis method, the data used is data quantitative and qualitative data with the secondary source category in the form of time series data from 1085 – 2005. Data that is used to export the form data import product include cocoa export volume of cocoa beans, cocoa bean export price, GDP and population importer countries (Singapore and the United States), Exchange Rate of rupiah against the U.S. dollar in a range of research time, domestic price of cocoa, cocoa prices world, producing competitor countries (Ghana) and the export price of Arabica and Robusta coffee. Based on the analysis results obtained can be concluded that the demand for cocoa beans exported Indonesia to Singapore affected by the export price of cocoa beans, cocoa bean prices in the world market, the rupiah against the dollar, the price of arabica and robusta coffee, the production of competitors (Ghana), the price domestic, perkapita income (GDP) and population. While demend cocoa export to the United States unions influenced by the world price of cocoa beans, the rupiah against the dollar, the price of arabica coffee, robusta coffee prices, and domestic price. For factors that do not affect the price of cocoa beans exports, production of the country Ghana, perkapita income an population. Study trend cocoa beans export volume of Indonesian trend shows an increase export volume to the two countries even though small.
