Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waiting time triase pasien Emergency Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Sungai Dareh Kabupaten Dharmasraya

Latar belakang. RSUD Sungai Dareh adalah rumah sakit milik pemerintah daerah yang berlokasi di pinggir jalan lintas sumatera di Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh IGD RSUD Sungai Dareh, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan IGD. Karena waktu tunggu yang panjang untuk diperiksa oleh dokter atau perawat, IGD di RSUD Sungai Dareh menerima banyak keluhan dari pasien dibandingkan dengan unit lainnya. Pemberian insentif yang dianggap belum memuaskan dan pembagian jasa pelayanan yang belum sesuai dengan harapan, tidak pernahnya petugas mendapat pelatihan kegawat daruratan serta fasilitas fisik dan peralatan IGD yang belum lengkap menjadikan ketidak puasan petugas IGD. Tujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan (1) Mengukur hubungan antara kepuasan SDM dengan waiting time triase, (2) Mengukur hubungan antara prosedur kerja dengan waiting time triase, (3) Mengukur hubungan antara fasilitas dan peralatan dengan waiting time triase, dan (4) Mengukur hubungan antara karakteristik individu dengan waiting time trase. Metode penelitian. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah tenaga medis dan paramedis sebanyak 30 orang. Variabel tergantung adalah waiting time triase pasien emergency yang masuk IGD RSUD Sungai Dareh. Variabel bebas adalah Kepuasan SDM, persepsi terhadap prosedur kerja, persepsi terhadap fasilitas dan peralatan, dan karakteristik individu petugas IGD. Hasil penelitian. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan SDM dengan waiting time triase.Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi terhadap fasilitas dan peralatan dengan waiting time triase.Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi terhadap prosedur kerja dengan waiting time triase. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik individu dengan waiting time triase. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi waiting time triase adalah Kepuasan SDM terhadap insentif, supervisi dan pengembangan karier.

Background: Sungai Dareh Community Regional Hospital (RSUD Sungai Dareh) is a governmental hospital located on the street of Sumatera Bypass in the region of Dharmasraya. The problem faced by emergency department of the hospital is primarily related to ED services. Because of long waiting times to be examined by physicians or nurses, ED of RSUD Sungai Dareh received more complaints from patients than other units. Incentives and services rewards given considered to be below satisfaction level, lack of hours of emergency medical service training for the staffs, and shortage of physical facilities and equipments results on ED’s staffs dissatisfaction. Objectives: Objectives of this research were (1) To measure the relationship between human resources satisfaction and triage waiting times, (2) To measure relationship between work procedures and triage waiting times, (3) To measure relationship between facilities and equipments and triage waiting times, (4) To measure relationship between individual characteristics and triage waiting times. Method: This quantitative research used cross sectional design. Population was 30 emergency medical and paramedical staffs. Dependent variable was ED patients’ triage waiting times. Independent variables were human resources satisfaction, perceptions about work procedures, perceptions about facilities and equipments, and ED’s staffs individual characteristics. Results: There was a significant relationship between human resources satisfaction and triage waiting times. There was a significant relationship between perceptions about facilities and equipments and triage waiting times. There was a significant relationship between perceptions about work procedures and triage waiting times. There was no significant relationship between individual characteristics and triage waiting times. Conclusion: Factors that influenced triage waiting time the most are human resources satisfaction to the incentives, supervisions, and career development.
